As someone who "adopted" a Mitsubishi, I have enjoyed bringing it to Sendell for service and they are not only accommodating, but sincere and honest. I know some other dealerships would have misled me, but they never have, not once, and I thank them for that.

I needed a RF wheel bearing to pass inspection. I was quoted 283.99 for the bearing. As i was waiting I looked up online and found several wheel bearings all for less than $100 each. The service adjuster said it would take 1.6 hours to do the replacement and it didn't take near that. I think if you want a repeat customer down the road, you should look at your parts pricing and labor rates. do what you want under warranty but be fair when a customer is footing the bill!!

I recently made my second purchase from this dealership. The sales representatives are always professional, friendly and never pushy. For my most recent purchase, the dealership was able to order in the exact vehicle that I wanted and it arrived in a short amount of time. The purchase process was seamless and enjoyable!

I came in to purchase a vehicle that I already knew I was going to by and I was well prepared the staff didn't need to do much...Still waiting for a phone call, I drove the vehicle well over 1,000 miles since the purchase and loved everyone of them...Best Car Ever!

Went there with check engine light on light showing the car with engine flashing. The girl said the light was on because the car needed inspection in 3 months they would not look car over because it still has warranty on it... These was on my 2021 Volkswagen Golf GTI

I have always receive great service at Sendell Volkswagen. Waiting for my car to be serviced is enjoyable because of your spacious waiting area. I enjoyed some coffee while I caught up on some reading.

My car buying experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went in recently for the Love Encore visit and learned so much more about my car. Really great place, now I need to get my wife into a new Subaru, it feels like a family. Thank you all, I look forward to coming in again.

The manager at the collision center was very nice and easy to deal with. However, the lady at the front desk, not so much. She seems like one of those people who have no interest in smiling or being pleasant at all! Not a great person to put out front to deal with customers.

I was just at Sendell Subaru this morning. I asked for the best offer for the car. I mentioned that I was going to another dealership and they refused to give me an offer. I've never had that happen at a dealership. I've had a Subaru for 10 years, and I just find it offensive the customer service when it came to the salesman. their service department great to deal with. I was just shocked at the way the gentleman came across, refusing to give me an offer. I definitely won't buy there. It's a shame that they acted like that. I plan on talking to corporate office once I get home to find the number.

This review comes a little late; however, 10k miles later, my boyfriend and I couldn't be happier with our decision to order and purchase a 2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness from Sendell Subaru almost a year ago. The salesman, Derek was extremely patient with answering all my questions without being pushy. He also helped walk me through my concerns with the GTI touchscreen infotainment before the sale and other features of the car after I had already made the purchase.

Would give them less than one star if I could… sat and waited for car a salesman just show us a car for two hours! Then he sold it to someone one else…. But it is still on the lot and not sold

I feel that my wants and needs meshed very well for this transition. I wanted a reliable and economical car and your sales stuff was knowledgeable and very hands on with me and very accommodating with my son who was 9 years old and very curious and talkative.

Sendell Subaru is the best car dealer I have ever been to. My salesperson was a man named Denny Slaughter. He was super friendly, no pressure and no games. The best salesperson ever! Denny helped me to perfection, was knowledgeable and gave me an ideal experience. The whole environment of Sendell was relaxed, friendly and inviting. They made me feel at home. Denny gave me a very fair price on my trade in and a good discount on the new car. It was a simple, clean deal and I got the final price I wanted. After the sale Denny gave me a 1 hour lesson on how to use the technology in the car. He was such an excellent teacher that I did not need to read the manual. And Denny told me if I need any help in the future they have a tech guy on staff who is always available. Sendell also gives free state inspections for the life of the car. If you want the best car buying experience go to Sendell Subaru and ask for Denny and you will walk out 100% happy with the best deal you can get. Oh and the Subaru Legacy limited I bought is the best car I ever drove in my life. It's the perfect car for me.
