We dealt with Bill. Was a great experience all the way around! He knew about the vehicle we were looking at when we arrived. He gave us another option. He walked us through the options on the new vehicle. He was accommodating and made us feel welcome. We didn't feel rushed. I would def go back to get another vehicle.

Purchased a vehichle last year from Smail. Had issues disputing a different color bumper at first. Most recent issue, went for my free state inspection that they called me to schedule. They told me I had 2 concerns that would cost up to 300 dollars with labor included and failed the state inspection. Declined this option. Took to a local mechanic at a dealer here in Chamersburg, Pa and passed just needed new windshield wipers. I will NEVER purchase a car from Smail or suggest this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car.

I purchased multiple of vehicles though out the years recently I had my new GMC in for repairs after a lot of run around I got it back ( mounts later and no not due to not able to get parts)but with damage and the dealership didn’t want to repair I wanted to trade it in but getting a salesperson to return my call was like pulling teeth! And not one time they didn’t want to make things right! Very disappointed!

I called the service department at Smail for a recall received on my car. They had the parts available and scheduled me right away to have it taken care of. They were very kind, courteous, and professional. They were able to resolve the recall problem the same day I dropped off my car.Thank you Smail Buick GMC!

Pricing "used" vehicles above new MSRP. Also pre-covid while trying to order a new truck, i signed papers for said new truck and got a call 2 days later saying that they cant get the truck because they wouldnt pay for the dealer trade. Dont worry though MEEGAN FORD took care of me and got that exact truck (same vin from same dealer) for an even lower cost than smails was offering. When the salesman at smails told me that they couldnt get that truck i wanted to look at other options... his answer "it will be whatever truck we can get". Sorry if im paying $60k for a new truck.. im getting exactly what i want. Avoid smail's at all costs. I hope FORD takes away their allocations for new vehicles because of price gouging like they are doing to other dealerships for charging over MSRP.

I had scheduled my cadillac in for service on a Saturday for inspection and small warranty recall issue. Troy and his team could have not been more accommodating. They got started on my vehicle as scheduled, kept me informed along the way and got me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time. I chose to wait for my vehicle, but I did have several choices, one of which a ride to the nearby mall in the courtesy shuttle. I have nothing but complimentary comments about Troy and his service team no matter what day of the week or what type of service issues you may have. The attention to customer service keeps me coming back.

Everyone was pleasant. Troy was very helpful. I left a voicemail the week prior about a nail in my tire. I did inform them that it was NOT urgent. And he called me back on Tuesday, after the long thanksgiving weekend. I went in immediately. Thankfully I was able to just get it patched and not put for a new tire(s) just yet. I did have to wait a little bit, whenever they could fit my vehicle in. But the waiting room was nice and clean. Even the employees who didn’t help me directly were pleasant. It was very nice environment. I will definitely get my vehicle serviced here again.

Just had my second service at Smail today and I'm very impressed. From Wendy and Troy on the Service team to the gentleman and took my car back. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. The lounge is very comfortable as well! They know how to keep a customer.
