I can't say enough, they went above and beyond. Curt Greek (salesman) was fantastic! I filled out the inquire and credit app online. He contacted me the next day and got to work right away. No need to negotiate pricing. We got a great deal with the Honda Family discount program. We communicated via text and email. Once we got to the dealership we just had to sign and drive. They even pulled our vehichle and our new 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite into the showroom, so we didn't have to take our newborn into the cold. I would highly recommend this dealership and they have a new customer for future business.

28 October 2024 - Service Department (Honda recall work). Honestly, the most impressive vehicle service department that I have ever experienced in 40 years of buying vehicles. I purchased my Ridgeline from Smail, never intending to have service work done there (closer Honda dealers around home). When it came to scheduling 2 recall repairs, I looked at the reviews. I decided to go with Smail due to their way better satisfaction rating. Glad that I did. They were extremely efficient in getting my truck queued inside, and getting me seated in a very comfortable waiting room. There guesstimate of 3 hours was correct... actually, a little better. They did a comprehensive inspection of my truck and DID NOT try to sell me any additional service work. The complimentary vehicle wash was an unexpected perk. I dealt with Tony and Brandon; they were top notch. When I got home, I did my own oil & filter change. Afterwards, I was questioning "why"? When I get through the other 2 genuine Honda filters, I'm going to start taking the Ridgeline to Smail. 4☆ because I don't give 5☆.

Service person was no pressure and notified me as soon as a vehicle was available. Gave me info on services recommended for milage, and accepted my choice to have or not have additional services added per milage recommendation. Part will be ordered, i will be contacted when part arrives to set up appointment, and everyone was friendly and non-judgemental.
Servicable USB shortage is also covered under original warranty!!
However, after checking the electrical related to my Andriod Auto USB shorting out, I no longer have my usual readout for cruise control on dash and automatic slowdown of cruise speed is not happening with selected distance between vehicles while in cruise.

From my initial internet inquiry about a vehicle with Kasia, the online chat agent, to the finance manager and exceptional sales staff, my experience was stellar. The team went above and beyond to educate me on the vehicle of my choosing and coordinated the return of my existing (leased) Cadillac--even though I didn't purchase that car from Smail. My new CR-V was professionally detailed while the exchange took place and all paperwork was efficiently prepared.
