I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Markel at Smail and I could not have felt more comfortable. My sister purchased her second vehicle from him and raved about him. I drove over an hour to their location and it was worth it. Jeff was not pushy but gave me the facts and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and get me into the best situation for me. We have even referred our mom to him for her upcomong purchase. Not only is Jeff great at his job but everyone from the finance guy Rick and the all of the other salesman on the floor making conversation with me. It was an all around great experience and I will happily drive the hour drive to buy my future vehicles from Jeff and the gang as Smail.

Smail Kia was wonderful recently when completing my yearly inspection. Aaron Jones was my service advisor and his service and friendliness were the best I have ever had. I recommend Smail and Aaron highly.

Excellent service. I unexpectedly had to make a long trip for a funeral and hit my mileage for routine maintenance. Smail got me in for an appointment within a day and had my car done ahead of schedule. The staff was extremely friendly. I live out of state and didn't buy my vehicle at Smail, but I would definitely recommend their service department.

Brought my car in to take care of the the recalls on my Kia. First time taking my car to this dealership. Great customer service. I was able to drop my car off on Sunday and leave key in drop box for service on Monday of all recalls. They were able to fix everything and checked on a back light that was burned out. Was very reasonable to have them put a new one in for me. My car was washed and vacuumed as a free service they do. Was greatly appreciated. Was very happy with everything. Will take here again in the future.

This isn’t a Kia official dealership from what I had experienced. The Kia dealership that was there had been closed.I went to this dealer to assist me with maintenance, oil and air filter change.Upon arriving, it was awful customer service that seemed disconnected with me as a customer and Kia owner. They didn’t seem like wanting to service me with the unpleasant gestures and conversation.Pricing was suppose to be broken down before servicing to understand what I was going to pay. They failed. I was charged $34.95 for labor with installing the air filter. That was ridiculous. The air filter installation is just sliding it in and turning the shutters. Literally, it only takes about 5 seconds to do the installation, which I would have done myself.They kept nagging and causing issues with resolving or talking to a manager. A supposed manager came out and raised his voice telling another associate (not the unwelcoming associate) to go back inside.

I work a lot and had no idea how I was going to buy my new car. Mike P. made it easy. I was connected with him through their online sales department. A few texts and emails later and I had my new Telluride. I had been in negotiations with a few dealerships, but Smail was upfront about everything and got me in my vehicle without any markups, which can be tough on a Telluride. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Smail and if we're in the market for a new one we will definitely consider going to them first.

This isn’t a Kia official dealership from what I had experienced. Earl was great! He went above and beyond to help us with our situation and got us in a car that suited our needs! Everything was smooth from beginning to end. Rick in finance was great as well! Fast and straight to the point. I’m glad we chose Smail to purchase our vehicle !

I will start by saying that the staff is very friendly and professional, and I have no issues with the actual service performed. My reason for only 3 stars is due to the length of time it takes to have service performed. This is the second time I've been in for service on my brand new 2023 KIA Soul. The first time was for a routine oil change and check-up. This took over 3 hours. This time was for a State Inspection (no emissions) and it took 2 hours. Both times I had a scheduled appointment. I have had many cars serviced at other dealerships and private facilities and I find the wait times at your facility to be unreasonable. My local garage (with appointment) takes about 30-45 minutes to do a State Inspection. My KIA dealership in Delaware didn't even require an appointment for routine service (oil change, check fluids, replace filters, etc.) and they still had you out in about an hour. It seems as though you may be over scheduling and or don't have enough bays or mechanics to handle the workload. Whatever the problem may be, it is something that you need to address.

The service manager and the driver who shuttled me back and forth wee exceptionally kind. The customer service in other departments require training. The air conditioner was repaired though it took longer than expected and I had to do all of the follow-up. The was maintenance performed on the car at my request that did not need to be done. The technicians and manger should have contacted me to discuss it. It would have saved me $80. When I brought this up, it was shrugged off.

I took my Telluride in for detailing to Smail Auto. When returned to me, it was spotless. The vehicle looked brand new inside and out. Every little nook was clean. I truly appreciate the fantastic job done. Thank you very much.
