So this has been in my box for 3 days now. Do your carriers still pick up mail or do I have to deliver it myself?

Everyone was friendly and had smiles. They were quick. They had a super greeting. It was so nice to have service like this

Absolutely terrible experience. I was talked down to and treated incredibly rudely the entire time I was there. They disparaged that young people don’t know how to do anything when I asked for help and only offered it passive aggressively. The woman was even worse. She treated everyone kindly, calling them by name until I reached the front about a package being held under my mom’s name. I just moved to PA a week ago and do not have a PA license yet but my Florida one was perfectly valid and she gave me a lot of attitude. They refused me the package despite showing proof that it was my mother and that Amazon had told me to come pick it up myself. The package held important medication and travel stuff that got delayed. I live with my mother in the same address and we have the same name and they had the nerve to accuse me of trying to steal from someone. Would not recommend this post office to anyone, they are rude and have terrible customer service. They do not like anyone they see as outsiders or new in Greensburg.

Matt went above and beyond to assist me today when I called regarding a lost package. Not much could be done for my situation but he was so helpful and did everything he could to help me out! Thank you Matt and everyone working hard at the Greensburg post office!

There has been a consistent lack of communication regarding missed daily pickups. While our sales representative has been supportive and responsive, even he was given inaccurate information by the post office regarding the expected makeup pickup time. We were assured multiple times that a driver would arrive, yet after waiting an additional three hours, no one showed up.
It is clear—even from an outside perspective—that management is not prioritizing customer needs and shows little regard for the time and efforts of others. This lack of accountability leaves frontline employees to bear the burden of cleaning up avoidable issues created by their leadership, further compounding their workload.
This behavior reflects a broader pattern of unprofessionalism and disregard from the top levels of the organization. Emails remain unanswered well beyond a reasonable timeframe—we are still awaiting a response more than 48 hours later.
That said, the drivers who did arrive were courteous and went out of their way to ensure all packages were collected. Their professionalism was evident and appreciated, especially given the circumstances created by poor management oversight.

They have the Worst delivery drivers, they claim to make a delivery but can’t because front door wasn’t accessible but really they are lazy and never even attempted. Can’t count on any deliveries coming on time. The weather wasn’t an issue this time, drivers are lazy. Hire people who want to do the job!

The post office in greensburg is always delivering packages to the wrong address or houses all the time. It just happened on 9/9/24 they said they delivered my package and said it’s in my mailbox and package wasn’t there. This has been a continuous problem for months and it has become very frustrating and upsetting because I don’t know what house it was left at or if I will ever get my packages. This problem is in the northmont neighborhood in greensburg, pa 15601. USPS is very unreliable for package delivery and if you can afford using them I would highly suggest doing so in the future.

They deserve a 2.0 rating. That lady in there couldn't be more ignorant.

Delivery driver started leaving our packages on the street/on top of the mailbox, not in the mailbox or at our door. What the heck! That’s how packages get stolen or lost from weather. Please have the carrier talk to me.

OMG, THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! They lose, therefore delay, every piece of mail from my mom who lives in Wisconsin!!! Due to past problems, my mom began to mail earlier and yet it gets lost in the system or in the idiots truck! I even receive emails from U.S.P.S. showing a picture of the mail that will be delivered today! I get home, check the mailbox, empty! It's not even a holiday and they still can't do their job!!!

The guy working there made excuses to go downstairs to get my package due to sheer laziness and told me to come back tomorrow. I was the only customer he had to take care of. It was not busy. No one else was in the store. The guy should be fired.

Horrible post office. Been this way for years. We get mail maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I get five other peoples mail that moved out years ago, I’ve taken them into the post office, it doesn’t matter. Magazines are shoved in my mailbox ripped and torn. Just sent out a certified letter, but it came back with no signature, the delivery person didn’t ask for a signature, that’s nine dollars down the drain. Had them hold some of my mail for a week, never got any of it back, it’s all lost. I’ve turned in 2 formal complaints. Nobody cares, no one is watching, no one’s doing anything.
