Hung up multiple times after claiming my address was not in the system despite me providing information that it is definitely in their range. They hang up after putting me on hold for five minutes. Absolutely terrible.

Don't leave your number for them to call you back because it will never happen. Their customer service dept. is a joke. They didn't even know what a power spike is!
