Every single time I go to this store, I end up here for at least two hours. I waited an hour just to talk to someone, and then when someone went to help me, they couldn't figure it out and had to call xfinity. We were on the phone with them for at least another hour trying to figure my issue out. The last time I was here, they messed up my sister's phone. The person who was helping us gave up, and I had to call xfinity customer service. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location again. Save your time, order xfinity products online, and just call xfinity customer service.

Worst treatment I've ever received in my life. 2nd time I went in there for a simple task and was treated like a useless piece of trash. What has happened to customer service, when we first got our phones 5 years ago it was one of the best experiences we had at a phone store. When I went to counter to ask for themanager the girl shrugged and almost laughed in my face.

If it was possible I wouldn't even give them 1star I have had their service for over 20 years and I went into the store in Greensburg Pa and made arrangements for my service to be put on seasonal because I was going out of town for a couple months and they told me it would be $49.80 a month and they just sent me a bill for $171.25 for 2 months and when I tried to call I was on the phone to computer for over hour before I finally got to talk to someone in another country and couldn't understand what they were saying so I am going to cancel my service with them as soon as I get home I tried to get to talk to a supervisor but they told me that I had to talk to them

Comcast has a monopoly, and they know it. Otherwise, helpful service at this location (their hands are tied by a company that doesn't value its long-time customers).

There were lots of people waiting. I was able to get in and out quickly as I was only dropping off equipment. The staff were very friendly.

In about 5 minutes, Tom Douch explained to me why my bill increased. Something the girls I talked to on the phone could not do in 2 phone calls lasting over a half each.

They seem to never know what’s going on. You make an order online with customer service and you get to the store to get your equipment and they are completely lost. I mean I don’t blame them. It’s poor communication between the store employees and the online and phone employees. They should try to work together more.

Waited for 15 min on automated service to get representative from this location. Hung up because it kept giving me online people to chat with. Do you guys not have phones ? Ridiculous waiting 15 min saying over and over to speak with you guys and kept redirecting me. Horrible service

I have been in this store 3 times to have my mobile service disconnected. Every time I am told it's been done and each month thereafter, I have received an additional $400 bill stating my service continues. I'm very upset. The employees here do not care that I'm being robbed of money on a monthly basis for a service that I do not use and have requested to be shut off. DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE SERVICE. My next step is to contact the attorney general in Pennsylvania to look into their fraudulent practices of business and possibly a law suit if it's in order. 3 VISITS TO THIS STORE AND THEY EILL NOT DISCONNECT MY MOBILE SERVICE. IM DONE!

If you do business with this store deal with Matthew dorcik absolutely the most stand up guy in the place as we know Comcast is a rip off but dealing with an honest person that will actually help you is great. This guy should be the manager
