Our generator ran out of propane 28 hours into a 36 hour power outage on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend. Called the emergency number and a driver was at our house in about an hour. The driver was so nice and polite and just seemed happy to help us out. He has us up and running in about 15 minutes.
