Terry isn't just a bad owner, but also a bag guy. He has no morals and has no problem robbing you blind. Every person that has had their car towed over there after an accident or broke down, has regretted it. Most of the time he will charge you so much you have no choice but to give him your title. Be very weary of this shady business, please do not fall victim to this man. I believe this business should be shut down, however that's not in my power to do so. Instead this business should be boycotted, their company doesn't deserve the hard earned money they steal from the public.

I was afraid for my life as the group of very large men surrounded me in office where you pay for the towing and told me I cannot get my car back.
They towed my car without humane justification - it was next to my house and even though it was stuck in snow I was walking back to dig it out with a shovel.
Also, they charged me more than the state mandated rate should have been. Also, they said they towed my car for 8 miles and charged me for all 8 miles even though the car was just 2 miles away. This is easy to prove and check on google maps.
Dear representatives of the Pennsylvania state - please do not extend another contract to this towing company. They are not serving the local public well.
If not for this contract - this business would close down.

Just want to give a huge shout out and say thanks to the tow truck driver and his associate from Terry's Auto & Towing LLC in Greentown, PA. My car overheated on 84 in PA tonight and these guys came to the rescue! They searched for the problem, clamped the hose back on (which was off because Firestone forgot to reconnect it) and refilled my radiator. I am so grateful for all of their help!!
I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

An injector on my Silverado Duramax was leaking, spraying diesel all over the engine compartment. I was camped nearby on my way from Maine back to Idaho and Terry's was recommended. Terry got me in right away. The leak was not at all obvious but the consequences were easy to see. Terry spent over an hour and a half figuring out the source of the problem and repairing the leak. His determination and experience were plain to see. He charged me for one half hour.
Terry's shop may be modest compared with the flashy shops of the dealers but his service is terrific.

Thank god for your company! I was stranded at the rest stop on 84 with my 3 kids and my elderly mother. Your driver got me to Stroudsburg to pick up my new rental. If it wasn't for him I'd surely be stuck there well into the night!
