The employee was really kind and made sure my husband and I knew what we were dealing with, he was very helpful getting our plan and devices set up. It was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had dealing with phone companies

Do not go to this store, charged my friend for a sim card that should already be with the new phone and said he would give him a phone case and screen protector for nothing but yet went behind his back and still charged him for it. This cricket store is a joke.

My phone was overheating, I have insurance on it, they looked at and showed me how to make a claim. And now I have an Upgraded phone. The guys there are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've had Cricket for 7 years now i will recommend Cricket and the insurance company to anyone. They are professional and I have no complaints.

I had a few friends recommend switching to cricket and so glad I did! My phone bill went from $115 a month to just $60. Gopal was awesome! He gave me all the discounts he could on my new phone as well and helped me pick out the perfect phone tailored to me! I’m so happy with the customer service here and the phone plans themselves are amazing too! I will definitely be back and recommend to all!

Cricket has been fine until recently at my home the service has been very spotty in Stoneboro and surrounding areas. I am not alone as other people are having the same issues with no service and dropped calls. The gentleman at the store was helpful. Unfortunately cooperate has not addressed the issue. Hopefully it gets better before I have to switch companies like so many others are considering Also.

I have removed the previous post regarding the inability to block spam so I can praise Sid who works at the store. One of my lines stopped working because it had a fraud case put on it. Sid has gone above and beyond in an effort not only to find out why but also to get it removed. If it had not been removed the line would have been disconnected and a new number would have to be issued. This would have been an extreme hardship as the number was attached to all accounts and hundreds of people. Thank you Sid!!!!!

Becky is the best employee y'all could have hired!!! A woman willing to go above and beyond to help all of her customers in any way that she possibly can!!! So kind, great communication skills, has a way of making you feel comfortable at all times, awesome attitude and energy, and is very professional at all times.
