Sheetz of Greenville is a 24/7 convenience store providing kicked-up convenience. It offers award-winning Made-To-Order food, hand-made coffee drinks, and a variety of packaged snacks, drinks, tobacco, and CBD products while customers fuel their cars. Many reviews praise the delicious and reliable food, especially late at night, and highlight the friendly, polite, and on-the-ball staff that provide amazing service and great hospitality, making it a go-to store for people on-the-go. However, some negative points are consistently mentioned. Several customers report that orders are wrong way more often than they are right, leading them to avoid this location. The parking lot is also noted as being way too small, seen as an accident waiting to happen. While the public restroom is appreciated by some, other reviews strongly warn against using it, citing incidents like robbery and unsanitary conditions, suggesting it is better to avoid it entirely. Despite these issues, the overall customer service, especially from the online team that fixes problems, makes customers feel valued.
This sheetz has the friendliest employees I've ever seen. Every day I walk in there they all say hi and seem excited to see you. They are determined to learn your name and act as your good friend. Wish I could give them a bonus star.
