We got our propane filled and if like to make a suggestion. If there was a way to onnect some kind of a buzzer system, even an intercom outside at the propane filling station so the customer wouldn't have to go inside store and then wait outside for an associate to come out. If would be great, especially for those that have young children waiting with them in the car.

Pet friendly store! Beware when you bring your dog or cat in to the VIP pet vet. Make sure you have all your pets shot history with u. Every time you come in, even for booster shots. Because they don't keep good records. And if there is an incident u will need it regardless of what they tell you!!! We didn't have a good experience 😡

They had a sale going on with Carhartt jeans and only had 1 pair of my size they said they would give me a rain check but when they got more in and I stopped back to get them they told me they couldn’t find my name on anything and didn’t give them to me for the previous sale price so I will not get anymore clothes off them they suck

~Goes in to get salt for water softener~ asks cashier for two bags of iron fighter salt.. “Do you carry the iron fighter salt?” Cashier: “THE ONLY SALT WE HAVE IS THE SALT WE CARRY.” Well you carry the iron fighter. Had to walk outside and get the bags and bring them back to the register to be scanned.

Day shift manager, guy with the red beard, is not very helpful friendly or pleasant. Every time I have to talk to him his first answer to every question is no I don't think so. And each time it has been invalid. Either he is overworked and doesn't want to be there, or he is in the wrong line of work. Managers are supposed to be the end all for any customer questions. I prefer waiting until the female manager is working because she actually helps and doesn't make you feel like your bothering her. Ryan's cool too!I will still do business here. And recommend others as well. Just with a light caution to avoid ol angry red beard.

I would give a big fat zero for lack of customer service. I returned suet cakes a month ago and still have not gotten my full refund yet. I didn't get 18 of high energy suet cakes so when I complained they refunded me everything but the sales tax. Returned 36 other suet cakes because they were smashed or broken in pieces. They did not credit me for 3 cakes because "it missed the cutoff". I called the customer service 3 times and get dropped everytime. I contact them via their web site which they are suppose to response to in 2 days. I have done this at least 6 times. Only got one response back. Got a reply from the owner to call but I don't have 20 minutes to spend on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone. After being contacted by the company, I have finally received the outstanding amount. It is a shame I had to go to such measures for such a small issue.

Wouldn't return a lawn mower belt that snapped on me. Blaming the lawn mower, not the point, your belt you sold me obviously didn't work. Wouldn't return it WITH my receipt either. All a bunch of idiots working here.

I usually go in for certain items and they are in stock. If you want something they will get it in. They will assist will any heavy items into your cart and assist you out to your car.Very friendly service !

The store is friendly and fun to shop. One very nice thing about Tractor supply - if you are a neighbor's club member you can order online by 2 pm and get same day delivery. It's very nice if you need a bunch of 50 pound bags!
