Zero stars. Don't know what type of test they need to pass to become a mailman, but obviously reading isn't apart of that test. They can't read street addresses or numbers.

We haven't gotten our mail in a month! We are always getting our neighbors mail, though. Unfortunately, whoever is getting our mail isn't returning it. We were waiting for a government ID to arrive nearly a month ago. This is a huge problem! Someone can open a credit card in my name because the mailman can't read. We also haven't gotten any bills or even my insurance cards that were supposed to arrive. I have tried to call the post office multiple times and they changed their number on here to an 800 number. You can't get a hold of a person. It's completely automatic. It has gotten to the point where I have to leave a bold note on my mailbox everyday to let the mailman know what house he is at. (Even though my house is clearly marked.) I will be taking legal actions.

Looses mail easily. Stamps keep going up. Heard them tell a poor little old lady when price of forever stamps went up they made her pay more for her forever stamps to mail a letter.

Ever since I moved here the post office refuses to deliver my packages, I have to drive down to the offices 6 days a week to get it. This is why they cant make a profit.

I love going to the post office, it's a beautiful place to see. Lines can be long. We've been having problems with our mail person not delivering the mail. I signed up for the emails that they send with what's coming in that day. Rarely do I get what's supposed to come it or it will arrive a few days later. Packages included that have a tracking number. I called and complained about the first few packages as they were late. Since then most of my packages (With tracking numbers so I know when they're coming in) are always a few days late. The usually honk their horn when I have something that won't fit in the mailbox. She quit doing that, now I have to drive down the the PO to get it. Even when she would beep, she would beep, wait 2 seconds and drive off. With my age and work schedule, going down to the PO is difficult. I called and requested a different mail person and was told absolutely not. The manager is a very rude, full of hate, how dare you bother me type of person. I just want my mail and packages when i'm supposed to get them and to give me more than 2 seconds to get my shoes on to get out and get what doesn't fit.
