Greenville pa, store always seems to be out of stock on products I buy or they just quit selling the items even though other walmarts carry them but are at least 15 or more miles away

This has been one of the most poorly run Walmarts since it opened.Most employees get in or don't get out of the customer's way and do not ever say excuse me, that's a lack of training. The entrance is a complete failure of civil engineering. The order pickup is pathetically slow, but that's due to the personnel they place in that area, again lack of training.

In greenville pa walmart Looking at lap tops two employees in department there for 25 minutes as employees walk around texting on their phones leaning on counter never ask if you need help or even look your way as I am looking at buying a $500 lap top left store went to heritage Wal-Mart ask for help got wrong answer walked away never came back 5 other employees no one offered help just stand around went to staples they ask when I walked in were helpful had the right answers had same laptop that Wal-Mart could not sell me because they did not do their jobs or know their product and staples was $90 less this is after going to Wal-Mart the day before and waiting 20 minutes at the counter to buy ammo that's locked up no employee in the area to help had to go spend my money at another store twice in two days what happened to service taking care of the customers training employees to do their jobs

Well, since it is one of the only reasonably priced grocery stores in Greenville, and the fact that it is open 24/7, I'm stuck shopping here. HOWEVER - If you don't want to feel like you're being treated like a common criminal, I suggest you shop elsewhere. I used to get all of my large items here - Dog food, bottles of water, laundry detergent, cat litter, etc. Now I choose to order online, because I REFUSE to be stopped at the door and asked to show my receipt. I have watched customers much older than me walk out the door with the exact same items as me, and not be stopped. They are without a doubt profiling, and only stopping younger customers. All young people shoplift, right? Especially 3$ cases of water. What an ABSOLUTE joke. By the way - if anyone has the same experience as me, and doesn't like to be treated like a common criminal every time you purchase a 3$ case of water... Fun fact. By law, it is your right to refuse to show them your receipt - however nicely or rudely you would like phrase the words "heck no".

This Walmart is unsafe they allow trucks that are not making delivers park there overnight and I have witnessed lot lizards going into those trucks and you will often find used condemns in the parking lot avoid if you have children!

Another great wall of China mart with managers that need to retrain on customer service. Don't waste your time here.
