“The service was great! I came in for a front bumper issue with fog light missing on my Subaru Outback. They only had my vehicle for 11 days and did great work on replacing lights, the front bumper, and matching paint to my car specifications. Any additional service was also completed. They also pointed out the other services that may need addressed in the future. I would definitely recommend them for any car collision needs.”

AFTER THE REPAIR WAS DONE, AND MY VEHICLE WAS BEING MOVED FOR ALIGNMENT, AND MIND YOU, MY VEHICLE IS 13 YEARS OLD. THE BRAKE LINES WENT OUT, WHICH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ACCIDENT. AND STEWART'S COLLISION, BECAUSE IT HAPPENED ON THEIR WATCH.
ATE THE BILL FOR THE REPAIR TO MY BRAKES, AND FIX THEM BEFORE YOU EVEN TOLD ME ABOUT IT. WHICH WAS FINE WITH ME AT NO COST TO ME.
SO INSTEAD OF GOUGING ME FOR MY BUSINESS NOW, HE HAS EARNED MY BUSINESS FOR A LIFETIME.I VERY, VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO CALL.DOUG AND HIS STAFF AND HAVE THEM.TAKE A LOOK AT YOUR VEHICLE.”

“We were traveling from Wheeling, WV to Laurel Caverns in PA when we broke down and had to be towed here to Napa for a caliper mounting bolt. We called ahead to see if they had the part and they did. Tim, a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful sales associate held the part for us. When he saw us getting towed onto their property, he even let us use his personal tools so we could fix our truck on site and continue on with our journey. We highly recommend Napa and especially Tim for their above and beyond professional, kind, and fast services they provide.”

“Giving 5 stars for getting me into the shop but correcting YOUR body shop mistake has been a nightmare after you got your money from my claim. After missing my appointment to correct this error (which was on your part & I was beyond kind when others wouldn’t) I called after not once but THREE times to remake the appointment. The front desk staff told me I’d get a call back (never did) & not sure why a manager would need to call me back and not just proceed to make me another appointment! When I initially picked up my vehicle & pointed this out the woman at the desk on left when you walk in was nice about the error & ensured they’d fix it also very well aware that I wasn’t just gonna continue to drive my car with THIS on it, you have made ZERO attempt to reach me to fix this error you guaranteed me you would!”

“There is a young lady at this store that is amazing. Her name is Skye. I went to 3 other auto parts stores before I called Advanced Auto in Brownsville. I was looking for a crush washer. She was the only person who told me that it was part of an assembly. 2 Napa stores told me they didn’t carry it and the Advanced Auto in Uniontown was more interested in giving a guy a jump instead of helping customers. Give her a call. She knows her stuff!!!”
