The rooms were good. A little dust here and there, but overall cleaner than some. I like the way they make the beds. Top sheet, not a bulky comforter. The lobby and pool area were dirty, but the bedroom was clean enough to allow me to overlook that. Breakfast was a joke. Ran out of everything. Had 4 yogurt left, some bread to toast. No bagels, muffins, fruit. Dry cereal and milk were available. I'd try a different place in the same price range. Certainly couldn't be worse, but could be better. (if it's another chain)

Stayed for the weekend on the Canadian Family long weekend. It was fantastic ?. Service was great. Clean rooms. Price was great. Keep them that way!!! Booked directly on the phone with general manager Sana and pre-paid with Mike. Price was matched from Best Western online website. Thank you!Location was the best it could be. Steps away from the outlets and restaurants/Brewery. Breakfast was great, just need to improve the scramble eggs, they were watery. Also need to add bacon to the breakfast bar. Coffee was great! Included.Parking your car right in front of your room is a plus! Check out easy. All ways travel to Grove City PA. and will definitely recommend and stay again.Thank you again all that you do! ?Rooms: Clean.Nearby activities: Shopping. Restaurants. Brewery.Safety: Park car in front of your room is a plus.Walkability: Steps away from everything.Food & drinks: Free breakfast/coffee included. Yummy.

The only good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the outlets and the ease of getting to Grove City gym.The management and staff are incompetent and the hotel needs to be gutted and renovated. There are too many options in that area to ever stay at this dump again.

One word to describe it all… Yikes!!!We booked our stay here directly through the website over a month in advance; four rooms total. We had been planning a little family get away for our little ones so they could swim in the winter.Check in was “supposed to be” 4PM, however it wasn’t until after 6 we could get into our rooms.Immediately upon check in we were advised they were short staffed and the rooms were not cleaned and that the pool was broken. We were very upset because we were never notified of any of this is advance and that was the whole reason we drove an hour to be there. They ended up letting us in the pool even though there whole filtration system was down. All in all, Best Western Corporate needs to come out and save this place. The poor gentleman at the counter ran it ALL… I don’t even think he got to go home. It’s not his fault, he was very considerate and even offered me a full refund (I should have taken it).Issues: Horrible check in; Pool was disgusting - hair and someone’s fake eyelashes on cement; leaking roof with mold and mildew; whole pool area smelt of mold; bullet hole in window; moldy ice bucket; my sink was clogged; window was unlocked and open when getting in my room; furnace would not turn off; family member had a yellow jacket in their room and was stung; fridge broken; shower had a constant leak. This place is only getting a 1/5 simply for the location to the outlets and the nice, overworked gentleman at the front counter.Best Western, do better! Way, way better…I will be contacting corporate for a partial refund since I couldn’t even get in at the normal check in time.Rooms: Gross and outdatedSafety: Bad - Major Health ConcernsNoteworthy details: Needs a major overhaul

My stay was absolutely amazing! First of all, they had this awesome breakfast spread where you could make your own waffles with all sorts of toppings. They also had sausage, eggs, and yogurt. And if that wasn't enough, they also had a whole bunch of other breakfast goodies like cereal, toast, muffins. They have a juice station with 4 different options and a coffee station! But that's not all. The pool at the hotel was absolutely incredible! I was feeling a bit chilly, and guess what? The staff noticed and actually came in not once, but twice, to turn up the heat for me. How cool is that? It just goes to show how friendly and attentive the staff are at the Best Western Grove City Inn.And here's the best part - I didn't have a single issue during my stay. Everything went smoothly, and I felt so well taken care of. It's such a relief when you can relax and enjoy your time without any worries.I can't recommend the Best Western Grove City Inn enough. If you're looking for a place with great service, delicious breakfast options, and a fantastic pool - this is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Especially for the price!Thank you for such a good experience!

0 starsPool has sand in the bottom, hair floating that when you swim it gets between your hands and fingers. We had no hot water in the shower, not even after letting it run for 10 minutes, fridge is warm and leaking. Microwave doesn't work. This place is the worst. Bathroom not cleaned, Black hair all over the floor. Only 1 blanket on the bed and we had 2 beds.

Very close to the outlets. The hotel is very dated. The beds you can feel the springs. I will say this it was very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you are staying more than one night, you have to get keys reset on 2nd night.

Renting a jacuzzi suite was unavailable because of no housekeeper seriously in the place smelled musty in the hallway they should have housekeepers there's no way they should rent rooms in the first place like that second if they know somebody's coming from a different state and they want a room they should go in and clean it and have someone else watch the desk very very never rent there it's sad because it used to be a nice I use the word used to in parentheses I grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to Ohio years is there such thing called Pennsylvania maybe somebody should study it or pay the housekeepers a little bit more for the work they do i was renting room for a special occasion actually my wife was

I refuse to give this place a good review as we had so many issues I would never stay here again. Here is a list of issues we ran into while being here:- the only ice machine you had didn't work- the pool should've been advertised as not operational during colder months, but doesn't matter as it looked disgusting anyways- the sauna wasn't operational either- the breakfast selection was cheap and barely edible- the waffle machine didn't work- the cable box in our room kept turning off every 30 minutes or so- the bathroom layout is so badly done I could barely get in- square pillows really?- it always reaked of cigarette smokeI hope whoever sees this really thinks hard about keeping this place open, or considers renovating as it's close proximity to the outlet, you would think it would be nicer.

Exterior lighting was poor. Part of the pole sign was missing. Maybe storm damage? Without lighting, the hotel was not inviting. No issues with service, room. Or personnel.Rooms: Were clean and appealing. All the lights had bulbs in them. That shouldn’t be something you notice, but all the BW hotels on this trip have been missing lightbulbs except for this hotel and the one in Cooperstown NY.

If I could give a negative..I would..I am traveling for work and my husband ran Ramada inns and amazing 5 star chef( point is we know good service) we booked a hotel with a jacuzzi with a dog which mind you they charged us almost $400 when we got to the hotel they said it was unavailable that they could not give a Jacuzzi with a dog...they booked it.. then we went to go swimming at 9:20 after our long day(pool closes at 10:00) they shut it down early because they don't want to be responsible( decided to turn off lights and say blown lightage without signage or notice ..pool sign says 10pm which is mounted to wall)and stay up front at the desk because it's slower in this town meanwhile I'm paying almost $400 for a standard room can't go in the pool among horrible service. They will not service your room when you leave in the morning..we have the same wet towels from this morning and put a sign up for service...please by all means do not stay at this hotel... absolutely horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband had bug bites on him when he woke up, and I signed up for their membership and as a reward we got 2 free bottles of water....seriously $156 later no one very thin blanket on the bed and I had to spray the room down because it smelled musty. Would not recommend, would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Stayed 3 nights. I should of asked what floor I'd be on before I came as there is no elevator... only 2 levels, and I ended up on the 2nd floor climbing stairs with a bad back and knees. The place looked like a Super 8 motel was bought out by Best Western. Bathroom was so tiny it was hard to get out of way of door to use the toilet. However the beds we had were very comfortable and they used good quality sheets. It's just your basic no frills room, and A/C in ours worked fine.Note: the review below mine is not from this Best Western as the pool is in an enclosed room and there are no balconies at this hotel whatsoever.Nearby activities: Very convenient to outlet stores, and a few good restaurants
