“I never caught the young girls name working but thank you for all you did that day. I lost my car keys right before the mall closed. She let us in the store before she was about to lock it, then she took my name and phone number incase ger manager found them in the morning. So greatful for her. Plus I love shopping in hot topic all the time”

They provided great advice on what fit would suit me best, which patterns and colors would be best for what I was looking for, and how to round out my wardrobe. “If I could rate this store a 10 out of 5, I would! The staff is phenomenal, greets with a smile and are very helpful. Not only does all of the staff go above and beyond but their managers Erin and Emily are the sweetest, most helpful and patient people I know! Long story short, my parka I had, accidentally got damaged right before leaving to go outside of the country and last minute Erin was able to hold parkas to ensure that I had a warm parka for my trip and to wear once I got back. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, help and kindness from any retail store before. They def deserve another promotion/raise for giving the best customer service and they made sure that everything fit perfect and that I was happy and content. They’re the best! I’ll def be going back and will continue to recommend their store solely because of their exceptional service and quality.”

“The theater has changed to self service for tickets, which is not as pleasant as talking to people, but it's the way of the world. The theater was comfortable and clean. Ticket prices are a tad high, but concessions have stayed the same (still high, but you definetly get a lot of product). The popcorn is amazing.”

“I went to the outlet mall for J Crew but came away a huge fan of Banana Republic instead. The quality of the clothing is of a much higher quality at Banana Republic, as well as the selection of clothing, organization of the store, and even the professionalism of the employees. I have also since ordered online for pickup. Great store, will be back.”

“Love, love, love this place to get ... Undergarments! Bras are almost always buy 2 get 2 free, so it's a tremendous deal! They have my favorite seamless, wire free bras there as well and I now have them in almost every color. The selection for men isn't quite as good, but you can cover your bits and your feet ... Maybe not in style, but quite adequately!”

“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”
