Horrible customer service. The employee was great, but the manager I think her name is Tracy is very rude not only to customers but was rude to the employee in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I've seen her in there before and she always has a bad attitude like she doesn't want to be there.

The staff is top notch. The managers Katie and Val are extremely helpful and pleasant. The store is clean and has a wide variety of items.

About average for a Dollar Tree. Well lit and clean. It's the day before Xmas Eve so the shelves are slightly bare... overall a nice place
