“While my son, his wife and their son were in town over the holidays, we stopped at Wendell August hoping for a tour for my grandson. One of the employees, Laurie, spotted us and offered to show us around. She was AMAZING!!! She engaged with my 12 year old grandson with such kindness, knowledge, thoughtfulness and encouragement, even letting him hammer out a souvenir to take home with him. We all agreed that our time there was an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Laurie!
