I'm a random person off the street who walked in this morning because I saw such good reviews. The stone on my engagement ring was a little bit loose, so I went to see if they could tighten my problems
Literally less than a few minutes, she came back with my ring, tightened and explained with the metal it may need it again in the future.
I also inquired if they had jewelry cleaner they gave me some to try out. I walked out of such a happy person and want to dedicate myself as a customer now
They were so so helpful to my precious engagement ring that means a lot to me. I will be going back from now on for any services, and give them my business for any other needs or gifts. Truly such a nice shop, I walked in with anxiety and walked out to happiest girl in the world”
“Always a pleasure! They have gone above and beyond as I arrived at 7:01pm on a Saturday (they close at 7, fyi). The doors were locked and the cases were being covered.
