I went in to exchange two pair of jeans and the employee named riley waited on me and I was in and out in less than ten minutes very satisfied , and I hope they enjoyed their free pretzel party today

Associates very helpful & friendly. I'm short, so there was only certain styles that they carry that are short enough. Shorter jeans need to be made available, Levi's!

Outlet mall prices are insane $79 a pare of men's Levi's or forced to buy two for $100. Have Amazon deliver them for half of that ,order them directly online for less or even Kohl's no one charges $79 a pair

Clean and tidy store with a large inventory! Great management and sales staff. Lori made sure I left with jeans I was happy with and few a more I couldn’t live without bc they were perfect!

Tried to go there this morning waited about 10 mins after the opening time so we decided to call the store to see if maybe we had the wrong time and the worker was very rude told us on the phone we had no idea what she had to do through to get to work that morning and was very unprofessional we waited a few more minutes to see if she was going to come unlock the door but when she didn't we just took our business elsewhere and definitely won't be going back

Crystal is honestly the worst manager I’ve ever seen and I’ve worked in retail for over five years. Not only did she refuse to honor the store sign deals AND the transaction that was rang right before mine. Instead of honoring the deal, she blamed her new employee and was incredibly rude to him and myself. She made snarky comments about my student discount as well. Overall, she smiled and said she did not care when she returned my $400 in merchandise due to her poor service. Even simple things she failed to do such as greet me at the door, ask if I needed help, highlight the store deals, or even offer accessories to much my items. Crystal is hands down an overpaid absolute joke of a manager. Literally anyone else could do her job better.
