Absolutely trash. The women's room (single) had no lock, completely unsafe, was FOUL and had no toilet paper.I had to go to the men's room, which also had no lock and was equally as foul. The attendant didn't seem to care at all when I told him about the toilet paper, so it's probably still empty. Don't go here.

Do not come here if you are worried for your safety. My girlfriend and her sister were being harassed in our car while I was inside. The person harassing them stood toe to toe with me and threatened me while screaming. The attendant stepped out and said "don't make me have to do paperwork". He did not intervene and did not call the police when I asked him to, despite him stating that was the only thing he could do.Bathrooms are filthy as well as the rest of the premises.

Me and my friends who have patronized the grove city Bfs/ marathon for many years were using the restroom and getting drinks. when we went into the bathroom there was vomit everywhere and when we told the store manager jimmy started screaming and cussing out me and my minor friends screaming profanity at us while kicking us out of his store, I have video evidence of him doing so. would never go there again. the staff are really nice but he was not pleasurable at all.

Terrible experience, I went into the bathroom and there was vomit all over. I told the ppl at the front desk and said "it wasn't me and I thought yall should know" they checked it out and I proceeded to get my drink before the self proclaimed manager (jimmy) started yelling at me accusing me of doing that to his bathroom. I had to find out his name throught an ex employee because he wouldn't tell me it, said ex employee he was racist and hates children. I had spent so much money at this store and truly am upset that this grown ahh man was accausing at me and calling me names and also saying I was "broke" I hope this will make it to corporate. I will not spend a dime until he isn't running it. *Side note the employees have always been nice and nice to be around.

Graham is a rockstar for this location. He's always so pleasant and professional and we appreciate his service to the community. We literally go out of our way in town to go here..it's all about customer service in this little town!

I can speak on behalf of the job itself been there for a year and there’s a lot of things wrong with it. The bathrooms are barely kept clean by any other employee there. Been the only one cleaning it. Soda machine has been broke for quite some time now and they refuse to fix it. 2 of the employees are high during their shift which is against the law.There’s a good amount of safety hazards the need adjusted there and the store itself needs shut down and remodeled.

I know this is the store by the outlet mall, but the store here in town grove city is not on here which is strange. But, i have had the worst experiences. From employees telling me to kill myself, to employees and customers standing outside of store #50 screaming profanity about me and my 1 year old child. I fond this quite ridiculous and it makes all bfs company stores look utterly repulsive. I also had bought food that had outdated on Dec 12, 2016 and it was the middle of march when i had bought it, my child could have become extremely ill. I was told to kill myself because i had gone in to complain then had charges pressed on ME for calling the cashier a b**** for telling me to kill myself. They banned me for their employee telling me to kill myself either bu playing in traffic or slitting my wrists. This is completely unprofessional. Their employee also was seen with track marks on her arm and falling asleep in Gloria jeans part of the store in the recliner while a customer waited at the counter for 20 minutes being ignored bc she did see them. Neither the manager, assistant manager, or district manager seems to care about how their employees treat customers or civilians passing by. Just so you all know here on yelp, don't bother spending your money here. You're only paying for customers and civilians to be harassed, stalled, threatened, and physically harmed being that someone had thrown lit firecrackers on me from that store.
