This is the best bank i have ever been involved with. I had a very bad experience with one of the "BIG BANKS" in town and resulted in moving my business and personal accounts here.Ashton has been the most helpful banker I've ever. Every single question i have had has been answered in a timely manner and professionally. The entire staff are always friendly, helpful and professional as well. I resently opened a safe deposit box, lowest rate in town, it's easy to access and again friendly with me. But you can't please everyone, especially if they have a bad attitude from the start. I chose this bank because of it's small town appeal, local administration, not some big corporation who really do not care about local folks. I highly recommend any Mercer County State bank location, but Grove City is the best!!!!. Online is awesome also, very easy to navagate.Robert Miller

MCSB is a great small-town, small-business feel with big-bank results. The Loan department has worked wonders for our two businesses. MCSB always listen and follow through with the customers request. The tellers are friendly and very willing to accommodate my crazy requests; they are all extremely kind & helpful !!

In an age where you have 100s of different choices to make when it comes to every aspect of your life, you think customer service would be a huge priority for people. Apparently the management of this branch missed the memo. The people at the counter for the most part are very friendly. Ironically the newer and younger staff seem more invested in providing you with the best service they can though.Now on to the reason that I give this place one star. Management do not care about you unless you're friends with someone who works there or you're spending thousands and making them tons of money.I had an issue with my account. Admittedly I had found myself in a bad spot due to a family member getting ahold of my card and spending some of my money. Because of their actions I had unfortunately racked up a couple hundred in fees. I went into the bank to see if their was anything they could do to help me out. I fully expected them to reject my claim to reverse some of their fees so I was pleasantly surprised when they agreed to return two of the charges. Awesome right? Well what truly made me mad was the lecture that followed. About how I was irresponsible and I should take responsibility for what happened. That I was lucky he was even willing to return any of them at all.I appreciate the fact you helped me. But you are not my parent. You do not get to sit there and lecture me about my choices. As if I wasn't embarrassed enough already having to walk in there in the first place. Mr high and mighty behind his desk taking multiple calls during our conversation because I wasn't important enough to hold his attention.They invented voice-mail and call waiting for a reason.

Worst experience ever!! I'm a US Marine corps veteran with tattoos . This bank treated me like second rate trash . It's been almost a month since I opened my account still no ATM card they place holds on my checks that are unvelunbelie . I wouldn't bank with this bank if it was the last bank on Earth . Closing my account today !!! Leadership is worthless !! Don't bank here !!!
