Sunday, July 14th 2024, at 12:43 went into the Rite Aid for some purchases, went through the self check out line , where both employees were sitting there texting. Had to go back in because I forgot something neither one of them asked me if I wanted them to check me out. They were still texting. Must be very nice to work at Rite Aid and get paid to sit and text while customers check themselves out.

We have been visiting this town for 13 years now and the first time I encountered anyone terrible was in this pharmacy. The guy at the pharmacist counter was more concerned about insurance coverage than being helpful. I was trying to find out how I could get our refills after leaving because we don't live in the US. I had to tell him money wasn't the issue (never mind that it turns out the meds only cost usd$10 per refill). But that question was never answered, he was too busy being rude. We were up all night at the hospital with a sick child and the 1st customer when the pharmacy counter opened. If you have an attitude at work first thing in the morning, maybe that job isn't right for you. I will never set foot in that pharmacy again. Thankfully, I have visited Grove City often enough to know that this is not representative of the majority.

I have a monthly prescription that for some reason they can not have ready on time. The last 2 months I have run out before they filled it. Looking for another pharmacy. This is a more expensive pharmacy and if medicare would permit I would change tomorrow. If it were possible I would give them 0 stars.

No one at the counter very very unprofessional, don’t go here, took 20 minutes for someone to show up to the counter to ring me out

This Rite Aid is pure junk. Shutting down for half an hour every day is the dumbest policy ever. Waste customer's time constantly. Go to Giant Eagle Pharmacy. Much better.

This Rite Aid Pharmacy has gone very downhill lately. When I picked up my daughter’s prescription, they didn’t know if it was reconstituted OR if it was flavored or not. The last few months I’ve gone there, there’s always some weird issue or confusion. Plus it seems very unprofessional to allow pharmacy technicians to wear sweatshirts/yoga pants. Only savior is Ned, the pharmacist.
