Extremely disappointed with Shiptons - employees removed windows without consent to bring carpet into house. Tossed old carpet into a private dump trailer on site from my contractor even though I was paying for them to dispose of the carpet. They then had to remove it. Workers were doing drugs in my driveway during lunch break. Completely destroyed all of my trim. Multiple issues with threshold installation. Owner refused to give a modest $200 discount off a 9k bill for all of the repeated issues.

The Shipton's team, from start to finish, were amazing! The floors look fantastic. The installers were polite, respectful, and worked hard to do the job right, which is opposite of what I have dealt with in the past with Lowes AND Home Depot. I recommend Shipton's 100%.

These people are the best ever. They ordered what we wanted, put up with us coming back again and again making changes, and the installers who work for Lynn Shipton, the owner are very professional. They work fast, don't make mistakes or dammage anything, very professional, felt safe the whole time, and they cleaned up after they did the work, left the place cleaner than when they started. They hauled it alway, and were on time and on budget. They worked when I needed them to work, not when they wanted to.
