“I had Dr call glucose sensor into Pharm. However wrong script sent to pharmacy. Wasn't Ritaid or pharmacy fault. However the Gentleman Pharmacist on duty was able to sort out the problem. Thankful for the great service.”

“Clean, easy, safe can usually find what your looking for. I love their natural and organic varieties they are pretty good. Meat sometimes doesn't jive with the dates I feel. Great sushi brought in fresh, sushi wed is my favorite day.”

“A place of convenience and frustration. I'll start out in saying that it's a good, convenient location. It's kept clean and the staff are all helpful. I've grown up knowing most of these people from either working with them when I worked here in highschool or from regular visits from living and working in town. The prices are comparable to anywhere else and the selection is good.However...... they are located next to two incredibly busy manufacturing plants (with lots of employees who are looking for an easy-to-find lunch). It is incredibly convenient for most of these workers to walk across the parking lot to find what they're looking for. The frustration factor is that time and time again, regardless of who we've seemed to talk to, that they just can't seem to grasp the need to have a fully stocked "to-go" area throughout the course of these lunch periods. This is every single day. The deli is really the only place here that provides a hot and ready to go selection of food (that ranges from fried type foods - chicken tenders, potato wedges, mozzarella sticks, etc). They do offer a sub and salad selection in the cooler around the corner, but they feel pre-packaged and don't compare to any competitor stores products). We've walked in at 12:00 and found a completely empty heating case (other than bagged rotisserie chickens)... And I can't understand how someone in management can't look at that and see an issue or find a way to keep it stocked throughout the heavy hitter hours. (And this to say that we've gone in at 10 to find the case completely full). We've walked in numerous times, expecting to be disappointed, only to turn and walk out to find another lunch spot.”

“This Weis is very convenient for me but I find their prices are higher compared to other grocery stores in the area. My husband enjoys their selection of beer and alcoholic seltzer. Tip: if you buy seltzer or beer at a grocery store you don't have to pay taxes like you would at a beer store. The selection might not always be the same but you might be able to save a little money.”

“Devin the manager is one of the kindest, caring people that work at this store. Between her and Stan the pharmacist, I really feel valued as a customer and as a person. Thank you for you amazing customer service.”

“Jake the pharmacist was very helpful with helping to fix an insurance issue that my husband and I experienced due to an automated computer changing or insurance to another carrier other than our insurance we choose.”

“Stopped here to see if I could get a flu shot without an appointment. Even though she had some one else coming in with an appointment in 20 min. she gave me and another person our shots. I stopped in CVS and Rite Aid and they would not give me my flu shot as I did not have an appointment and Rite Aid was not even busy.”

“I think the process they have for the lack of staffing is going well. However, there have been times when they tell you medication isn't available or will be here on the truck tomorrow then a week goes by and you still don't have your blood pressure medicine. So, with that being said better communicate.”

“I managed pharmacies for many many years. When I retired from pharmacy land, I knew I had to seek out a well trained, knowledgeable pharmacy to use for my own family, and did extensive research. I used to only use local independent pharmacies but keep getting drawn back to this pharmacy because every time I did go there, Jim, and at the time Steve, were just so helpful and kind, and caring. Then I got to know the girls one by one, and although some are inexperienced and still need training, Melissa and Julie, and the girl from “down south” have just been outstanding! They know their jobs, they stay focused thru stress (and I know the job is stressful since I was one for 30 years), and I tell them every single time I go there how thankful I am for them! They truly care and have helped me thru the 2 roughest years of my life by listening and truly looking out for my health! I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy at this point and that says allot for a very independent minded, never chain, kind of girl! Kudos to the best!”

“I am actually rating one particular employee who has worked at this Rite Aid for many years. Her name is Shannon. Shannon is absolutely amazing! No matter how bad everything else gets at this location (and believe me, they go through some spells where it's a mess but they also have spells where they are doing better) I know if I ask for Shannon, she is going to either know how to get things done or she will go far above the call of duty to figure out how to do it. I have been battling a vicious autoimmune disease for almost half my life so my local pharmacy is an imperative part of my healthcare. As I'm sure many people know, our health insurance companies are not our friends and they try to get out of paying for as much as they think they can get away with. Shannon has helped me so many times with getting medications approved. She always has a smile for you even when they have a line that goes all the way to the front of the store. I really hope that Rite Aid corporate office sees this review and rewards Shannon for her many years of hard work and dedication to not only rite Aid but to her customers.Note:Many people do not realize that they can appeal a decision to not cover something by their insurance company. Now you do. Never take no for an answer because that is what they are hoping you will do. At least 75% of the time I have been able to get things covered in an appeal. You just have to be willing to jump through their hoops and stay on their case. thank you Shannon for being so amazing. We all have the ability to be amazing but many are not willing to put the effort towards it. Shannon is.”

“This is my main pharmacy. The only complaint I have is they don't have medications needed in stock at times and will keep telling you it'll be here tomorrow. Otherwise, staff is great. Love using the drive through for the pharmacy.”

“I know corporate America, having worked for one for more than 17 years, so I know every retail pharmacy store is very short staffed (2 to 4 employees) while a Sheetz has quadruple the employees and Chik FIL A like 35 employees. My son's prescriptions were called in a week ago so I wasn't pressed to get them asap so my pick up experience was painless. This is first time going to this R Aid and it was a smooth process. No complaints. Tech was polite and professional. The 2 prescriptions were ready and no need for them to see my insurance card. I was in and out fast. Store looks very clean. I like the no carpet look.”
