“I use this CVS as it's a convenient location for quick pick ups of meds. The pharmacists are knowlegable & friendly. The pharm techs are proactive and do their best to avoid issues that would hold you up at many other pharmacy's. Just know this location can get very busy at times. Esp at usual rushour times. (when commuters returning home stop thru 3pm - 6pm)”
“Had an issue with a pump, pumped diesel, DEF And it stopped b4 I could pump my trailer fuel. Nozzle for DEF was properly hooked but no ability to pump for trailer. Went in to store asked clerk for help she called for Shaina who I could see was cleaning the perfectly clean showers. She stopped immediately and came to help me. Wonderful helpful personality. She checked the pump, removed the DEF nozzle and pushed down hard on its holster. Put the nozzle back and voila it reset so I could pump. She was so proficient and delightful. Cares about us drivers and our clocks! Management material! Thank you Shaina!!”

“So I had myself a situation this morning with a rental car and flat tire and spent over five hours parked outside unable to do anything. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and offered assistance to help lighten an increasingly stressful situation. Though I forget her name, the overnight lady was awesome and stayed busy cleaning up while still helping customers in the wee hours of the morning.. I'm talking 2 am. Thank you for your help!”

“I love me some hot dogs and 7-11 is known for their dogs. I often go to Sheetz for hot dogs because there is more free stuff to put on it, however 7-11 dogs are waaaaay better quality. I really wish there was some saurkraut, but there is chill & chill so I suppose all is good in this world. The staff was nice folks too.”

“The farther east I traveled on Linglestown Road from Front Street, the cheaper the premium gas cost. I ended up at the Sheetz Colonial Road.

“It's a great location for travelers. For me, it's convenient to have in town within walking distance from anywhere you live in Elizabethville. They have a variety of items from drinks, snacks, personal care, lottery, tobacco products, and cherry machines. They also serve soft serve ice cream and Sunday dinners.”

“This is one of the best Sheetz visits I’ve ever had. I came in and Chris at the register immediately gave me a nice hello. I was coming in to get lunch & had an app coupon for $2 off a food or beverage purchase. I asked Chris if it would automatically trigger on my purchase and as he looked at it he said: “Tell you what: do your checkout w/ me & I’ll make sure it works.” I went to the ordering kiosk & noticed a terrific special: 2 hot dogs, 4 nugz, fries & fountain soda for 5 bucks — insane!
When I headed back to Chris, he scanned & showed me how the 2-bucks-off prompt showed up. With the app coupon & kiosk deal, all that food & drink came to $3.18 w/ tax, for 13+ bucks worth of lunch if purchased separately — unreal. ? While I ate I could see Chris’s gal-colleagues sweeping floors & dusting surfaces. The guys in the kitchen turned out a lunch that was hot & totally on point. Mr. Sheetz, take this crew out to dinner!”
“I love this store they have almost everything you need locally even a small casino!!! For real. Quarter machines are always a party with the daily gamblers. Only complaint is 75% of the people can’t park properly. I know it’s a tight lot but the spaces are normal size so idk why people can’t use them. It must be a dauphin thing. I attached a photo for people who forgot how to park a car.”

“I recently gave a review a couple weeks ago which wasn't good I stand by my review of it not being good but the new owners have showed so much care for the store they have upgraded everything brand new snacks everywhere chip aisle is filled up completely even some new machines and some new snacks as well drinks as well everything seems to be on the up and up now seems like the owners took it from zero to Hope and I'm proud to say that my review has changed from one star to five stars they have taken it from a shack that once had old snacks and outdated stuff to a place that you can feel comfortable they have the air conditioner fixed they have the lights working it is remarkable the change it is coming just from this one store turning around and becoming Something Beautiful this town seems to be getting a little bit better and it's starting right here thank you guys so much for creating change in the store that definitely needed to be made”

However, there have been times when they tell you medication isn't available or will be here on the truck tomorrow then a week goes by and you still don't have your blood pressure medicine. So, with that being said better communicate.”

“The coffee here has a unique flavor that I enjoy and don't find anywhere else. Even though there is a great coffee shop nearby, I often get coffee here, instead. They have some new cold drink options since I was in a few months ago. I also buy large incense sticks here. They have a good scent variety.”
“I am actually rating one particular employee who has worked at this Rite Aid for many years. Her name is Shannon. Shannon is absolutely amazing! No matter how bad everything else gets at this location (and believe me, they go through some spells where it's a mess but they also have spells where they are doing better) I know if I ask for Shannon, she is going to either know how to get things done or she will go far above the call of duty to figure out how to do it. I have been battling a vicious autoimmune disease for almost half my life so my local pharmacy is an imperative part of my healthcare. As I'm sure many people know, our health insurance companies are not our friends and they try to get out of paying for as much as they think they can get away with. Shannon has helped me so many times with getting medications approved. She always has a smile for you even when they have a line that goes all the way to the front of the store. I really hope that Rite Aid corporate office sees this review and rewards Shannon for her many years of hard work and dedication to not only rite Aid but to her customers.Note:Many people do not realize that they can appeal a decision to not cover something by their insurance company. Now you do. Never take no for an answer because that is what they are hoping you will do. At least 75% of the time I have been able to get things covered in an appeal. You just have to be willing to jump through their hoops and stay on their case. thank you Shannon for being so amazing. We all have the ability to be amazing but many are not willing to put the effort towards it. Shannon is.”
