“I go to the Dollar Generals in New Milford, PA and Susquehanna, PA the most. I really like the expansion of the Susquehanna store. The prices tend to be off though when the item is rung up. Tags say one price and rings up another. Happens very often. The other issue with the Susq store is one of the cashiers. There is an older cashier at the Susq store who is always a little snippy with customers. I've experienced it personally a couple of times and have witnessed it with other customers as well. She always seems to be in a bad mood. She embarrassed my friend one time by making her feel stupid when she was having a hard time with the new self checkout lane. It was extremely unprofessional. The other cashiers are usually very pleasant?❤️”
“This store has gotten better. It feels good not to be hassled anymore about my handicapped placard, not being where the employees think it ought to be.

“First and foremost, corporate pay attention, 9/21/22 at 2:50pm, your staff were amazing here. Not a simple write off, I'm talking attentive, helpful, and great demeanor. I've worked management at two going on three companies now, without looking at their service history I can only say I will be coming back to a welcoming place such as this with great people. Even helping little old ladies out with their purchases... hard to find decent staff like this.Second, I understand it is your policy, but how dare you not let me tip or "leave behind" product (with receipt) for these fine people. I understand it cuts down on theft and potential drama. But this truly saddens me that it's become that strict. I hope this was a minor issue at this location and not your companies norm.Third, I have been to 5 of your locations, this may have been a rough day as though the store was orderly, there were lots of product still to be stocked and techs working. Next visit (on a different day) I'll bump this up to 5 stars. However, this location is a positive example compared to others in the Binghamton area. It maybe partially due to location, but this one has by far the most put together I've seen. Penn Ave comes close but the others are blatantly shamed by comparison to these two.Thank you for your time, have a great day.”

“Excellent Dollar General store! Extremely clean, aisles not cluttered like you find in some Dollar General stores. Warm friendly checkout lady. Shelves well stock. Produce was very fresh. Always love finding these stores while on the road when looking for that one item I forgot when packing.”
