Store and grounds are fine. Kids staffing the counter need to attend to customers instead of engaging in conversation with other kids behind the counter.

All the food is greasy and gross. Gas pump scanners are broken half the time and instead of fixing them you just have to move and test another one. All this and you get to pay 15¢ more a gallon than the station down the street. Thanks for nothing

Avian or Ovian was a bad representation of Rutter's! He, deliberately, put back my items that I picked out, after I told Ovian to leave them right there. I told him that I just needed to go to the suv to get my card, and he said okay. Yet, Avian lied! I, even, pointed to the vehicle, three times, to show him how close I was, which he looked. Ovian knew I was coming right back, but didn't care! Besides, he was rude with me when I was checking out the first time. I told him that he didn't have to be that way and that I didn't mean to forget my card.

I got gas on March 25th. It was bad gas and broken down for a week now. I just got my truck back tonight. Ruined the fuel pump, intake manifold gasket, plugs, and wires. Called corporate, reported the incident, and haven't heard anything back, so I called again and left a message, but still no word back. It was extremely frustrating, almost $1700 in repairs and additional loss of wages for a week... since this post, they did call me back, claiming there was no issue with their gasoline, but still I had a tank full of water with my gasoline.

2 ATM Machines and both have notes on them stating they are out of order. How's that even happen? There were no signs prior to getting out of my vehicle, walking all the way to the back of the store and reading the notes on the actual machines. A note on at least one of the multiple glass doors that are in clear view of a patron before taking the long stroll to the back of the store just to learn that due to lack of forethought and planning along with negligence to inform patrons sooner, my need wouldn't be met would have been appreciated. When I asked the cashier, he looked at me like I was in the wrong for even asking. Enough said. I'll visit the Rutters right off 222 from now on... Disgusted!

Gaming machines no longer work like when new worn out hopefully new games will be needed to replace the malfunctiong current machines

Often run out of stock on my favorite drinks. Kitchen is slow and inaccurate. Waited for my mac and cheese with steak meat. Didn't get any steak brought it back and took the lid off and asked for steak to which they added so much and didn't mix it in at all. When I attempted to put the lid on grease squirted out of the container all over my carhartt, face and hand. I was so frustrated I left the food and walked out without a refund. Didn't need any more hassle at that point was already delayed long enough.

Always a great gas station, i was greeted by Keila as soon as i came in, and i was in and out within 5 minutes. Prices are always decent. There is nothing negative to say.
