Service is efficient, with one customer being hooked up and ready to go in 15 minutes. The staff is friendly and will meet customers at the yard to assist. The rental equipment, including trucks and trailers, is generally in great condition, very clean, and with low mileage. However, some minor issues were noted: one truck had a tire with low air pressure and a fuel gauge reading that did not match the rental agreement. A lack of callback on a reservation question was also mentioned. Overall, customers are pretty happy with their experience, finding the price for a one-way rental reasonable and the equipment well-maintained.

The team at P&L was excellent. Had me hooked up and ready to go in 15 minutes. Equipment was in great condition. They met me at the yard when I returned to unhook the trailer for me. Highly recommened for all your moving needs. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
