They only take boxes up to a certain size and the one on display to show isn't much larger than a big shoe box. Don't waste your time like I did. Oh well they didn't get my other business either since I had to go elsewhere. The size limit needs to be listed here since it makes it look like a place to drop off UPS

The lady behind the counter was rude. Said my package was too heavy to drop off there. It was under 20lbs. I wasted time waiting in line just for her to say that. I ended going down the street and dropping it off with no problems.

This is not the first time we have been to this location that is supposed to be open at 10am. Waited a 1/2 hr today, along with other people, for the doors to open.Maybe you should consider changing your hours.
