We were visiting the area and our car is not to ever go thru an automated car wash so it is always done by us with soap water hose and soft towels..Just what they did. “This is my third different car that Dave has detailed for me and I think this one is the best! Dave dealt with a contrary Corvette that has had some electrical issues lately but he weathered the storm and absolutely nailed it!!! Shiniest I've seen it in many years but most impressive is the tremendous work on the interior and specifically the leather seats. I recommend Dave anytime for a rock solid detail on you car! You won't be disappointed!”

“We had our 2 vehicles done, a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek (yes the orange one!) and a 2013 F150. Michael came to my work and busted his butt! Both were long over due. My truck is a work truck with a vinyl floor and it doesn't get treated to soap and water often and has never been detailed. To say this was way more than it is used to is an understatement. Michael did a fantastic job on both of them. His attention to detail was fantastic and they both look great. The upholstery was stained pretty bad in the truck. Especially the armrest, but most of them came out. I wasn't expecting miracles, so my expectations were exceeded. the interior, truck bed, body, headlights, and rims/tires all look amazing. makes me not want to drive it! the Cross trek got equal treatment. However, I was able to do away with the almost new look 2 hours later, when I was teaching a friend how to parallel park and got the tires scuffed in pretty good! (luckily no rim hits!). If you are looking for a good detail on your car, truck, or motorcycle... keep Detailing by Drake on your contact list. He does a great job and will exceed your expectations on the quality of work which translates into value.Services: Full body wash”
“Been going to this place for years. New owners spruced the place up and did a great job. Water pressure is fantastic and there are many options aside from just washing and rinsing. Washed and waxed with rinsing and spot free rinse to finish for about 9 dollars. Great location right off 81 too. Wish they still had hot water though. But everything is new and works great. Prices are decent too. Best hand wash on the east and west shores by far!”

“I visited Cloud10 smartwash today for the first time and had the best experience. The staff were very friendly and informative, and my car is so clean, it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I can't say enough about the GM. He pointed out a stain on the hood of my car from something dripping on it while being parked in a parking garage. He tried to rub it with a cleaning towel, but that didn't work. He told me he'd be right back, and when he returned, he had some type of car cleaner and worked on the stain for a few minutes, and it came out. I just got the car in January, so I was very grateful that he saw the stain and cared enough to try to remove it. We chatted for a while and I will never forget the customer service I received today. My new go-to car wash is Cloud10 smartwash and I highly recommend them.”

“This is an update of an earlier review in which I got a $6 Car Wash and was charged $10. Somewhere along the line the $10 charge was changed to $6. So I changed my review from three stars to four stars and I will try it again and hopefully it will only charge me what I asked for. If it consistently works well I will update it to five stars, because I was happy with the car wash I just wasn't happy with the problem with the charge on my credit card. I will update as necessary”

“My experience is pretty well. I live very close by and if i need a snack or drink, its a very nice place to get one. Staff are wonderful and always helpful as well. Often have a nice conversation with them. I always see the store nice and tidy, rarely if ever see anything dropped on the floor or messy. They keep it really clean. My only complaint is that their car wash has broken down very often but thats something that happens out of their control. Other than that, wonderful people and wonderful store.”
“Washed my car here a few weeks ago in the newly remodeled bay! It was great, the place is under new ownership and they're remodeling the whole place! It should be really nice. If you've been driving out of town to go to a carwash , you don't need to anymore.”

“I brought my car in, full of dog hair. I paid over $100 for a full detail and it was worth every penny. In fact, I started trying to do it myself last night and gave up. I have 2 shedding dogs, I'm going to bring it back to QQCW.All these comments about losing discounts... C'mon! It's not price gouging. It's a small business trying to stay afloat through Covid. I pay more for my haircuts for the same reason. Have a heart people. These are trying times.”
“Nice clean car wash close to home. All bays take debit cards, you only need quarters for the vacuum. You'll spend more than double at the newer washes so in a pinch, this will do.”
“I cleaned out my big passenger van, and I needed a vacuum. The first machine I tried had lackluster suction, and cost $1.25. Then I tried the combo vacuum/spot cleaning/shampoo machine for $1 and wow, what power! I got my van nice and clean and spot cleaned some rug stains.”

“The car wash applied no soap or water rinse. The nozzles on top did not dispense anything. I called the number while in the car wash, then texted as instructed . After 5 days later I one has contacted me. Very disappointing. I used to go here every week. Now I will go somewhere else. Bad customer service. Update. They got back to me and gave me a free reward and were very sorry for failure of service. So raising the rating . Thank you”

“You know I never believed that there was different classes of car washes until I went here. Oh my God the difference in my car the way it looks compared to any other car wash I’ve ever gone to is amazing and you get free vacuum and they give you a glass cleaner to use and it’s just it’s really nice. Extremely nice. I Love the free car wash to sample it first because I don’t think I would’ve used them because they were a higher price than other ones but it’s worth it. It’s completely worth it.”
