I came in right before the store closed (after having a miserable day). I just needed a few odds and ends. George was able to get me what I needed quickly and I was back on my way. Glad to see a smiling face even though I stopped in last minute. Turned my night around.

Dennis was a big help. He helped find the wiper blades I needed and even installed them for me on a frigid day. It was a quick and easy errand thanks to him.

The man who was in there told me auto zone employees are not permitted to help install a headlight for me. I found this very rude because I know employees are allowed to help. He was just being lazy, will not return to this location again.

I bought replacement windshield wipers at the store on McKnight Road. I installed the one on the driver's side, no problem. But I had a little trouble installing the one on the passenger side. So when I was on Route 8, I stopped at the Allison Park store for help. The guy working inside installed it for me. I will go back to the Allison Park store whenever I need car parts!

This store deserves 5 stars. I stopped in last week because my car battery was pretty much dead (running only because it was jumped). They were quickly able to determine that they had my car battery type in stock. I purchased a new battery. Then they had me pull in front of the store where they installed it for me (which is a good place to pull up in general if your battery is on its last leg and you need an install). I didn't need to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely come here again.

These guys are fabulous! Not just for cars!! I stopped in this morning to have a check engine light diagnosed, when my keys were accidently locked in my Kia along with my small dog!! It is a beautiful day but growing warmer and my pup was in direct sun..(the roof was opened a few inches!) Fortunately I live just a bit down the road ! Not only did employee Dennis try hard to diagnose my car issue, ( its complicated) but Paul (who I believe, was a manager) was beyond kind enough to run me to my home and back to get my spare key set! I am disabled and it would have been quite difficult ( if not impossible !)for me to walk home. Paul really went above and beyond to rescue me, my grumpy dog and my car! Thank you all so much! I know my husband has bought all our repair parts for years from this store in Allison Park, I'm so glad to find them such excellent people as well as mechanics!! Thanks again and God bless, Erin :)

Ordered a 62 te transmission for my grand caravan. After multiple bad transmissions and getting told by warranty they dont care. I requested a refund. We are now over 3 weeks from that time. 1st the reason for the delay was district manager was out of town(guess phones dont exist). Afterthe ball started rolling (i thought) they never want to return phone calls to give an update. The general manager was sappose to call me with an update before he went on vacation. Didnt happen. Now im calling trying to get another manager who doesnt return calls. I have been a loyal autozone customer for 20 years. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN
