Brought my vehicle for ABS light on, they diagnosed the problem called me and kept me informed about my vehicle felt very confident and comfortable with the service so I had them check and repair other things. Great service and employees (Scott and Garrett) while there. Would of given a 10 * rating but it only went up to 5* Will definitely go back.

No appointment. AAA tow truck towed me to the closest tire facility to where I was at when I got a flat. They took care of me cars needs the next day.

I was taken on time and back in my garage 43 minutes later. Kevin was very thorough with his work, and attention to detail. I enjoy watching the work being performed through the windows in the waiting room. The manager was really helpful as well. She advised me to download the app, which offered even more service deals.

The folks at Firestone always seem to be able to address my vehicle problems the same day, even fitting me into their busy schedule when I didn't have a prior appointment. Kaylee was very helpful and professional. They always give suggestions for other services, but don't pressure you. That's what I love about this company.

Dylan was absolutely phenomenal. I was hearing a noise in my car and two other mechanics told me they couldn't hear it and that it was nothing. Dylan took a test drive with me, was so patient and kind, and found the problem in just a few minutes! It ended up being an easy fix. Will definitely be back!!

We followed Scott K. to Firestone from his previous employer a few years ago because he was always honest with us about our vehicles and built trust in a business where customers have become skeptical. We've had reliable service and good care without feeling pressured at this Firestone location. I've recommended this Firestone to others.

I can't say enough about the team at Firestone. Caulin, Scott, Derek, Dylan, Tom and there are a couple names I'm forgetting. The service team at the front is always fair and honest and the mechanics know what they are doing and will find the right answer if it is something they need to investigate further. We have 3 cars that they take care of and it is always completed in a professional and timely manner. The best!!!
