I go to Great Clips in Shoppers Plaza on Rt8 because I like their service and the way my hairdresser Maryann styles my hair. With her many years of experience and when she listens to my ideas of how I want my hair to look, she snips, cuts, feathers just the way I envision my hair. My hair is perfect when Maryann is done! Yes, I highly recommend her!

It's a great place for haircuts. You can book your appointment through the app at your convenience. If you prefer to walk in and no customer has arrived for their scheduled time, the stylist will take you in. They also save the clipper numbers used during your previous haircut, so even if you forget, they can retrieve it from the system.

I took two of my daughters for a haircut today. One got a beautiful bob, and the woman was kind, thoughtful, and thorough. 5 stars for her. We went on a strange haircutting journey with my other daughter. It started out by using a razor to cut her long hair, which was something I had never seen before. Then there was some cutting with scissors that led to the addition of layers, but those were quickly razored off (thankfully because they looked insane). The end haircut was all over the place - one side was much longer than the other, and there were some residual layers there, and there were many uncut hairs in the front. 1 star for this experience. Because I feared her pulling out the razor again, I didn’t say anything and instead came home to fix the haircut myself. I considered asking the other person to fix it because she clearly knew what she was doing, but I didn’t want to put her in a weird spot. So I’d say this place is hit or miss.

Terrible place, I booked online 100min before arrival. When entered two ppl were ahead of me, no one can tell if they booked before me btw and then anthor person came after me but stylist didnt want to pick him, not sure why. Had to leave without haircut after hrs of wait...

Kayla at Great Clips Shoppers Plaza is the best! I used to pay $40 + tip for my haircuts and every other haircut seemed to be not quite right. Mind you, I have very short hair and I get it cut every 3-4 weeks. A couple of years ago I was in desperate need of a haircut but my stylist wasn’t available so I went to Great Clips out of sheer desperation. Kayla listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I have been going back to her ever since and have NEVER left disappointed. She consistently gives me exactly what I want which isn’t easy because my neck hairline is really weird.

Arrived on a Sunday to take my Son for Haircut A young lady asked if I checked online and I said no was having a hard time online. She kept explaining about how to check in online.
I didn't think it was a big deal?
I guess to her it was?
Right after that another lady came and they asked if she checked online .She said no.They said ok no problem.what?
Plus I got to say. Not one smile there!
I Get it . It's Sunday they would rather be home relaxing. But at least pretend you are Happy to deal with us!
Will not be Back! I will go where people are friendly and like there job!

I had a wonderful experience with the most professional, hairdresser Donna. I had foolishly attempted to cut my own hair, making face framing layers, after watching on a YouTube video. Of course, I didn’t have the skills, equipment, or knowledge. I was nervous when she said it would take a little time and another cut or two to make it right. I was really concerned about how it would turn out. Quite frankly, it didn’t look so good in the salon.. But after I left the salon,and combed my hair back, there were waves, face framing, and my hair looked great!!Thanks so much, Donna!
