The PA was very nice. Very thorough. The staff explained why the xrays would take a period of time which was nice. Thank God there was no breaks! I appreciate all the care given to me.

Jared and the rest of the team were amazing! My 2 year old fell and cut her face at school, and I thought she might need stitches. Our pediatrician office doesn't do them and all the children's urgent care locations were closed, so I stopped on our way home from the school in hope that they could help rather than having to go to children's ER. The entire team immediately attended to us, quickly determined that she needed stitches, and expertly cared for her. I am so grateful for their competence and caring during an extremely stressful situation.

I've waited a short bit to post this review. I wish I could give it a zero rating. Dr. Strait has zero bedside manner. He couldn't wait to get out of the room, had one foot out of the door the whole 5 mins he spent with me. Very rude and unprofessional. Should he fired.

MY PEOPLE, NEVER GO HERE!!!! THE RECEPTIONIST IS RACIST AND RUDE! I HAD 2 APPOINTMENTS FOR MY TEENS ON MOTHERS DAY AND AS SOON AS I WALK IN THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS THERES A 2 HOUR WAIT!!! I SAID I HAVE APPOINTMENTS SHE SAID SO WHAT WE DON'T CONTROL APPOINTMENTS MADE ONLINE!!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE THEY MESSED MY ENTIRE MOOD AND DAY UP! WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. SHE NEVER EVEN SAID HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY KNOWING I WAS STANDING THERE WITH MY 2 KIDS! GO FIGURE NANCY!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My son had just started with flu like symptoms and found out that his friend whom he spent the previous weekend with was just diagnosed with Flu-A. We arrived over an hour before close. The waiting room was empty, a patient had just left, and there were several members of the staff leaning against the wall talking and on their phones. We were told by Alicia at the check in window that there were no appointments available and that they were too busy to see my 9Y.O. son. I said can they just do a flu swab. She told me to go somewhere else. We went to Children's Express Care North and were seen in about 5 minutes of entering the waiting room. Children's Express Care North was not worried about what they were going to do on their Friday night. They were only trying to help their patients. Also, at Children's North they see patients until close and were very surprised that an urgent care facility would turn away someone, a 9YO, over an hour before close in need of a flu swab.

The extra star is only for the doctor who helped me out today in a virtual visit. I went into this Allison Park location just a few months ago and they dishonestly told me that I was going to have a copay and so I was unable to be seen. When I set up the virtual visit today I was told what I already knew which is that my secondary insurance covers the full cost of the visit....

When I went to urgent Care I was traded very very nicely. The girls were romantically very polite very cordial. I was in and out of there in no time and I was very satisfied with the service I give this my highest review!

The ladies at the front desk are the least empathic and energetic people I've ever met.
They seem to refuse to greet you first and are the least bit interested why you are there.

Terrible. Don’t waste your time or money here. Call your doctor or go to the emergency room to receive actual care from an actual doctor. I’ve been waiting all day for the provider to call me back regarding test results that came back late last night. I called twice and was most recently told the provider is too busy with patients to call me back. There’s no point in going here and getting any kind of tests when they don’t care enough to follow up with proper care for the patients who were already seen and paid their co-pay. It’s completely unethical to ignore patients that need follow up in order to get more patients in the door to get their money instead. Now I understand why there was a lady yelling and creating a scene when I was there a couple of days ago. Their ratings are low for a reason and they don’t really need to care because there will always be sick people. Try your luck somewhere else. You’ll be glad you did.

This place is a joke! The last behind the desk is awful. This is the second time I went in for care and was told they couldn’t see me. What’s the point of URGENT CARE if you’re trying to schedule patients to come back? Go to UPMC down the road!
