Workers very friendly and showed me what the problem was with the tire that I brought in to have fixed the air conditioner is broken and needs to be fixed extremely hot inside not safe sat outside in the 90 degree heat because it was cooler than the inside

I had a great experience there. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Got a great price for brakes and rotors and Regis the store manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be going back there again!

This place used to be my go to for tires and inspection until recently. I took my vehicle for inspection about 3 months ago and was told my break pads were 100% worn and it was going to be $1,800 to replace them. Well I didn’t have $1,800 at the time.
I have a friend who is a mechanic who said he could replace them for me. When he pulled them off, he said they were not 100% worn and should have passed inspection. He still replaced them since I had already purchased them.
Two months later, I go back to NTB for new tires, they tell me my rear brake pads are worn and need to be replaced!!!!! They were just replaced!! I feel like they are trying to take advantage of their customers now.

I stopped by NTB in Allison Park to get tire fixed. NO A/C!! Very dangerous for employees and customers. I would have left if it wasn't for the manager Trent. His customer service was excellent fixed my tire in 20 min!
Trent and staff 5 star!

I was heading from Michigan to a horse show in Virginia and had a blowout on a Sunday at 5pm. Out of 10 places I called they were the only one with the tires in stock and willing to help out just before close. So I limped the trailer there and they replaced my blown tire and my spare with humor, respect and a positive attitude in the rain. They save my families trip and were professional, great people to deal with. Can’t speak highly enough about them and the service they provided not to mention the more than reasonable prices. Trent the manager as well as Mike made it happen when most shops would have turned me down or didn’t want to do it that close to closing time. Awesome place, thanks guys!

Honestly amazing !!
I had maybe about a million questions and every single one was answered maybe more than once lol. It was a fresh of breath air coming here. Braiden was extremely throughout when explaining what he was changing and why it had to be replaced. Devin quickly took me in, addressed my concerns, updated me so I was in the know and checked me out. I will definitely be coming here for all my needs coming forward.
