The staff member (perhaps Mike or Mikey) knows what he is doing. Numerous times I have had the luck to have him call me in for my Quest blood draw. One poke and done. I don't mind a bruise, as my veins slip slide and collapse, but he finds it anyway. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of others cannot do that. Thank you.

I spent an hour and a half trying to schedule an appointment. I did not succeed. I sent back the code, That was not enough. I tried the scanner thing that i do not understand and ended up on the Dark Web. So I quit. I tried calling my local office but they do not answer, they send you back to the internet.

I tried to make an appointment using the using my old account. They said my info was wrong but it’s no wrong I have it written down. So I proceeded to make a new account and they wouldn’t accept my email address. Trying to make an appointment is terrible.

Not a good experience: The complete lack of people in customer service, no one to help with website issues, and no one to help at check-in at the office all point to cost-cutting and not employing people to make your processes and customer experience positive.

Absolutely no one there to answer questions, if you can’t use the kiosk you might as well just leave, extremely long wait time even with appointment, no efficiency.

Staff is very annoying & no cooperation. Always ask to with appointment & once you have appointment then you have to wait almost one hour.
Very unprofessional.
We had appointment at 8:10am booked one week ago. We arrived on 15min before & we have to wait for our turn almost 1hour extra.
This is wasting our time.

Everything went great. My appointment was scheduled for 10:20 and I was called back at 10:25. The nurse practitioner who took me back and took my info was friendly and got all my new insurance information entered into the system quickly, she was great taking my blood samples and overall I think I was in and out in about 5 mintues!

Person I dealt with seemed very disinterested and short with any answers to my questions. He acted as if he didn't want to work there. Made me very uncomfortable.

Rude crew. I understand their frustration as a few of Quest spots in the area are closed so there’s an influx of patients at this location but still. My technician went to the next office to complain to a peer because I couldn’t email my script fast enough. I overheard them speaking about their frustrations with people, how it’s too busy for that and how Quest shouldn’t accept appointments at short intervals. Hope they have a better day or maybe manage their frustration better.

This was one of the most efficient blood draws that I have had. You do need an appointment which is nice to keep things spaced accordingly. Check in is easy on your phone or at the kiosk. Once they take you back it’s a quick verification and then the draw which is all under 5 minutes. Fast and efficient.
