I will certainly find another place to get my glasses next time. Took over two hours for my appointment. It didn’t seem like anybody knew what they were doing. Did not explain any details. Didn’t tell me what my insurance paid for and what I was responsible for just a total. And I had to ask when would my glasses be in, there any positive was the eye doctor was very nice and explained a lot about my eyes. But I would not recommend.

Was called 20 mins before the appointment to cancel bc "system is down". If you employed optometrist in house vs going the online route in attempt to save money...you wouldn't lose customers.

The Hanover location has ALWAYS taken great care of me. They were able to get my glasses replaced under warranty in about two weeks. Recommended store for Rx glasses and more!

We have tried going to this location several times. The woman who answers the phone is always rude, and every employee tells you something different. The products are good they just need a lot of help with customer service.

My first pair of glasses were the wrong prescription didn't realize for four months ths they were the cause of my medical issues they redid my exam where she changed it. Second pair are ok but still having issues. Got another opinion where he changed the prescription adding a bifocal. Took the prescription back. Within the time frame. They refused to correct the issue. Poor service. When asked for a adjustment lady broke them then gave hem back. Never will l go there again. Please go elsewhere save yourself hundreds of dollars.

Optician Deb was very pleasant and helpful with selecting my frames. Manager Shelia and Assistant Manager Julie also gave opinions to help me narrow down to two pairs. The Tech Jamie was very knowledgeable and explained the procedure being doing. Dr Hynson was courteous and well educated.

Julie was very conscientious, helpful and efficient. She listened and responded well to my questions. She was thorough and friendly. Great place for Contacts/Eyeglasses!

This was about 4 months ago...Rude staff in person, then when the prescription didn't work, we called back and they tried to shooe us away! Currently seeking another Optometrist, it's frustrating because we can only have 1 exam every 2 years.

During my exam, the technician and doctor respected what I did and did not want done. Had a problem with the coating on my new glasses. Went in to the store. Problem was fixed immediately by friendly staff.

Lack of staff, no Dr at this location, multiple calls being directed to other locations, frames to try on were so dirty you couldn't tell how you looked in them! I'm trying to be understanding and find anything positive to say, but honestly the only positive thing was the fact that the door was open!

I had been to this location last year for an exam and glasses and everyone was very eager to assist and friendly professionals. My visit yesterday was very different due to the rudeness by the receptionist to myself, those on the phone, and to her co workers. I thought it was just maybe a bad day for her but I see other reviews on here are very similar regarding the receptionist. As this person is the companies’ first impression upon entering - she’s not a good fit for this job.

Very nice place, good selection,people were informed,and direct. Not disrespectful. Helpful. Check with insurance before hand to see what insurance will pay for.I would like to thank all the people there for helping me find the right prescription ?

Received a call 2 days before my appointment to remind me (after 6 texts reminding me)and the nasty lady on phone told me I didn't complete my paperwork. Advised her I never received any paperwork. She stated says here you got it 3 days ago. Again I stated never got any paperwork. She sd just complete the paperwork before your appointment.Got to appointment. No organization. No one even asked if they could help me. A man was there arguing with them that he had an appointment with a text reminder. They didn't have him scheduled in book. Found out later it was because they sold him outdated contacts.So I was there an hour and a half. Was told the tech came to work and walked out, so I didn't even get the full service. My eyes hadn't changed so didn't need new glasses, so I had to pay for my "free exam". I said, then I may as well get new glasses. 2 pair for $79 was cheaper than exam. I Said I need graduated bifocals like I have. She said " you have to pay extra for bifocals. The glasses are just a plastic solid piece. Old saying "you get what you pay for"
