The Hanover location is the most amazing store. The employees almost run to greet you as soon as you walk in. They go above and beyond to explain every detail of the different devices and plans. I was hesitant to switch to the Apple Watch from a garmin and Gregg took the time explain how the new Watch worked and walked me through choosing a color and band. Then after he got that ordered for me, he told me that my area was now open for AT&T air. Walked me through the details and I was more than happy to sign up so we could get rid of the dreaded Comcast service. My air device came in the mail and did not work so they are sending a new one. In the meantime I came back to the store to use the WI-FI in order to set up my watch. Again, greeted so quickly even though they were busy with about 10 customers in the store. Jess stopped what she was doing to greet me and then as soon as she was finished with her guest, she helped me with what I needed. Gregg kept my phone so it could finish updating while I ran an errand. He then made sure my new Apple watch was set up. Austin, the store manager introduced himself too and was just as pleasant as Gregg and Jess. Just an amazing experience all around. It’s so refreshing to see that customer service still exists at its finest in this new world where it sometimes seems non existent. Thank you Hanover, you will continue to have my business as long as these amazing employees stick around!

This store is a joke and the manager is extremely rude. They never keep their word and promote false deals. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us and the last time. Won't deal with this store ever again.

Not at all happy with this store. They are not very caring and friendly. Misquote pricing and phones available. Very irritated customer. No wonder people do stuff online.

Kyle is one of the best customer service I had in a long time .he is so nice knowledge very very impressed with the service very happy and at the end of our service Austin helped us even more I will highly recommend this location

Austin went out of his way to help me with my Samsung phone. I'm not very educated in phone technology. This store is Very highly recommended as is Austin, very knowledgeable person and resolved my issues. 5 star plus!
