I found a $3.99 wrench on the store website. Check, it's in stock at this location. The employee tried to force some $13 wrench on my husband instead. Wouldn't look up the part number help him find the correct one. Was rude. Do yourself a favor and go to the spring grove location.

Colby did a wonderful job helping my friend out with his truck and getting the right bulb for the reverse light, he even stayed outside until it was in put into the truck and made sure it worked. He was so nice. Keep up the good work Colby!

They will sell you the parts take your money, but not clear your code on your car asked to speak to the district manager. He was busy asked to speak to the regional manager. He said within 2 to 4 days. This place is a complete rip off by your beware.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this AutoZone for being awesome. We needed a hard to find car battery and they had it in stock. The young man working at the counter named Colby helped explain why this particular battery was expensive and what we needed to protect it once he put it in. He installed the battery quickly and was an interesting and knowledgeable person to chat with. He’s an asset to your company.

Be aware of shelf pricing that does not match the pricing at the register. During separate visits, my purchase price on (3) items were as high as 70% more at the register than the shelf price. The answer from the store team was less than satisfactory. I shop this location because they are generally well-stocked and recovered, but there is an execution issue with regard to their price change process.

Auto Zone. 1155A Carlisle St, Hanover100% Awesome. Had a flat tire at the store, called AAA no help. Steve came out to check on me and offered assistance. He helped me get a new tire at a neighboring business and place it back on the truck. This associate went above and beyond customer service! Thank you for helping me! I hope Auto Zone Corporate acknowledges what a Great Associate you are! Wish I could leave more stars.
