EVERYONE at this location, in this transaction were extremely nice. They truly listened to my concerns about possible hidden damages and addressed them. The communication was excellent and they were extremely organized throughout the scheduling and repair process. My schedule threw a curveball in the original time-line and they seamlessly adjusted their timeline to fit my schedule without hesitation. They made me feel like the valued customer and not just another number. Very happy with the completed work! It's truly comforting to have dependable local businesses like Caliber Collision to count on!

The service here is simply phenomenal!
Had my car in to be assessed after I hit a mailbox. They worked with insurance and everything. Even though the car did end up being a total loss, the team here was very communicative and showed me the damage that led to the total less being determined. Everyone here is so friendly and the communication is top notch.
I joked with the gentleman there that if I hit another mailbox they'll be my go-to! But I'm serious, if another tragedy strikes I'll be here again.

The people who dealt with me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and to understand everything completely. Lisa is perfect for her job at the front desk, she is very outgoing,friendly, and empathetic to what you are going through. Mike, my estimator, is friendly,knowledgeable and very thorough. Tony, my tech, is knowledgeable and he and Mike were interested in the details to do the job well to meet the company’s high expectations. The regional manager, Katie Is friendly, knowledgeable,thoroughly explained what needed to be done to repair my car. She was empathetic to my difficulties and my concerns, connecting with me like Lisa had done, comforting me when I needed it. Jay, the general manager, helped me over the phone, he was patient,kind, knowledgeable while he answered my questions. Steve also helped me because I thought something was wrong with my turn signal because when I used it, my day running lights went off, which is actually normal.
