By far one of the most inconsistent ISPs out there. My service is down 1-2 times/wk. Real-world d/l speeds of 2mB/sec with a Gigabit PCIe card. Four different numbers you have to call to get to a person, except the numbers you used before might be out of service this time around. No professional accountability.I've worked with the public for years. I can't comprehend how such an abject failure of a company still has business. This place ALONE makes a person want to get into local politics just to find out who's getting kickbacks and bribes to let them expand into this county. ?Hear me, and prosper:DO. NOT. LET. THIS. The WORST internet service I've ever had. Within in a year I've had to call them AT LEAST 10 times because my service went out. Most of the times it's a quick process, about 5 mins, but still very inconvenient. This last time was the last straw to cancel service. I spent THIRTY minutes on the phone and my service still wasn't fixed. When i was adamant about speaking with someone else, the man started getting snarky with me. Said they would do the same thing he's done (which from my 10 past experiences proves that was lie). Besides this last guy, their customer service is decent but their service is TRASH.

On 8/7/20 I called to report static in my home phone and our internet kept shutting down, I was told a technician would be here on 8/10/20. On 8/8/20 I got a text message from your company tell me the problem was found and resolved. I wasn't home at the time to check the phone, but trusted your word it was fixed. I get home and it's still the same. I called again on 8/11/20 to report the problem and scheduled a technician to come on 8/12/20. Once again I got a text message tell me the problem was found and corrected. Why lie to your customers? I think it's time to start looking for another service. We have always had issues with the internet shutting down since the day we got it.
