Excellent selection of shoe styles and sizes. Priscilla patiently explained all the current sales and thanks to her, I bought 2 pairs of shoes instead of just the 1 I had come in for, saving me lots of money. I had seen the shoes on the website, but I am so glad I chose to come to the store.

Great Outlet store that has been a part of the fabric of our town since 1825. Easy parking, Meters now offer app access so you can skip the quarter and pay with a credit card. We also have free Parking downtown after 6 pm, on Sundays and Holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Come visit downtown Hanover PA and do some shopping, have a bite to eat, or visit one of our many pubs.

Wow! So you close your ACTUAL Clarks store, but not your warehouse? That's crazy!
Do not shop here. Do not work here. They made every one come to work on January 5th. 2024 when we got all that snow, and didn't let anyone come in late, early, or not at all.
They closed their own store, but kept their warehouse open. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Are you going to pay for the damaged vehicles and The insurance deductible for the people who damaged their vehicles getting to and from your warehouse in Hanover?
Shame on you, all of you. I will never recommend a family member to work for you, or anyone to buy your products.

The sales clerk was very helpful in finding my size. But none of the parking meters worked to allow my husband & me to feel we could take our time in shopping. A real deterant in coming to this outlet!

Quite a find, especially for my wife! A clean, well-lighted store with a great range of reasonably priced shoes and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. She picked up a pair of work shoes for $20 and also signed up as rewards customer. Will definitely visit again!

The Clerks really tried in helping me find my size,shoes what wanted. Really were helpful & Courteous. Good Customer Service. ? Which is a rare thing these days. I got 2 pairs of shoes for price of 1 somewhere else.
