Great experience. Was looking for a pair of walking shoes. The gentleman working in the show department was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different shoes. I thought that was a thing of the past.

0 STARS if I could!! Terrible shopping experience with my Fiance & baby. We were approached very rudely by the manager. When we described what kind of clothing we were looking for his response was “that’s really expensive and like I said we don’t have it out right now” ….i never felt so degraded and humiliated in my life!! Never returning to this location again. We were so uncomfortable, we left & just ended up shopping at another location. DO NOT recommend shopping at this location, I wouldn’t want anyone else to feel this way.

Normally this place is decent. Not a lot of knowledge of what they sell but decent. I went in today for a warranty issue of a product I bought here and they treated me like I was an idiot and no one helped or gave me any direction. The manager again should be trained to help and give direction but I got the same thing from him just either he is trained very poorly or just doesn't know anything about what they sell. Just a big goofy guy with a dumb look on his face. Learn what you sell and know your product. Try to help people resolve there problem. I got a completely different story from someone I contacted on line.

I wanted to leave 5 stars for Lorraine in the shoe department! She not only helped me find the perfect shoe, but she also helped about 5 other people at the same time and was so patient and kind with everyone. Would come back to get shoes here again just because of her!

Would be nice if they actually had people tending their departments. Been in twice to look at fishing reels and neither time could I see anyone nearby to answer questions. Money ready to spend both times,I guess I’ll just buy from somewhere else online.

Wife and I each purchased bikes here a few days ago while they were on sale. We love the bikes and the pricing. What made the visit a 5 star was the nice gentlemen that,while we handled our 4 and 5 year old girls, tuned the new bikes for us after patiently waiting for us to pick our bikes. He did not have to do that. I consider this above and beyond. I wish I knew his name so I could give a kudos to him to his management.
