If i could do no stars, I would! The last two times I have went, a month in between each visit they had locked the doors and either "be back" sign or this time they had an excuse about a truck unloading. That is unprofessional to run a corporate store. This store is very trashy and unwelcoming. Might as well add how dark and gloomy it is since I am irritated since I have to get a baby in and out of the car to read the sloppy handwritten sign on colored construction paper! Fed up with this location, ivr been to others and they don't compare!

Jazz the manager is very friendly. Does the best she can with the little help she has.Sierra is very friendly, always goes above and beyond, to help people, always trying to stock shelves and run registers. She’s also always there like everyday all day. Poor girl.

The store is under new management and it's been going great! The younger people provide a fun and mature environment! They're doing a great job!

So much stuff in the aisles, hard to navigate, heard the heavy set older worker making fun of customers and it seems like the same older worker seems low key racist

I placed an online order to be picked up between 2 and 3:00 p.m. I received and alert that my order was ready and proceeded to pick it up. When I arrived there were 3 associates behind the counter talking. None of them said hello to me. Even as I was standing waiting for their attention. I proceeded to pick up my order off of the shelf which was not in the correct spot. When I asked the associate behind the counter if they needed to scan my phone she started with an attitude and said no. She then asked me if I completed my order online which I answered yes but what if I had not paid for my order? How would she know?Absolutely terrible service.

Be careful about clearance and sale items not coming up right at the register, it happens every time I'm there.
