I had a terrible time dealing with Pearle Vision. I went into office to have both pairs of glasses adjusted on two separate occasions. I told them I do not see well with the new glasses. Everything is distorted. I can’t see clearly until I am right up on the item. I get headaches wearing my $421 purchase. I was told to continue wearing the glasses and my eyes will adjust. I’m sorry but I’ve worn glasses for over 30 years and that does not happen. I had my eyes reexamined. This examination was a month after I went in for adjustments. I was told the prescription is correct. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I will not be using Pearle Vision in the future. I now have to wait until I can use my insurance again to be fitted correctly with glasses that actually help me see.

I love the detailed eye exam Dr. Hall provided. He is very thoughtful and thorough and I came out feeling well informed on my eye health and what to do to take care of my eyes.

I love seeing the staff, and their new location (near where Kleffel's used to be) is very nice! The front office staff are friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Hall was thorough, kindly answered all of my questions, and was very pleasant overall. I'm so happy to have them as my eye care team again.
