I spent almost 2100.00 on my ac compressor, several sensors and a few other things. My honda was misfiring and losing power, and they said it was my maf sensor. Picking my car up it worked that day and the next my check engine light came back on and continued to misfire. I took it back and then they said it was my fuel injectors. Another 775.00 dollars later my car is worse off than before. It still misfires and now has problems starting. I feel ripped off or scammed and will never take my car back there, or recommend anyone to ever take their cars there. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had dealing with mechanics. Yall rip people off charging 300% on parts and it's ridiculous!! I've had this 3 yrs and never any issues like this. Now I need to find a reliable mechanic that can actually fix my car and not rip me off. I feel like calling the better business bureau

On June 29th, a 10:00am appt for tire & brake replacement took 7 hrs and I didn’t get my car back until 5:03. I was charged for labor and shop supplies, along with parts. I have no problem paying for the parts but I should not have to pay for labor or supplies due to the ridiculous time it took. It should have only taken 3 hours most.

I took a vehicle to this Firestone location because the shift cable was stretched. They quoted me $1838.00. they told me numerous other things were broken but they would do me a favor and try to fix it.
I bought a $36 shift cable and fixed it myself in under an hour. I have been driving the vehicle for months since with no issues.
I called customer service and their response was. "We offer you a price for a service it's up to you whether or not you take it."avoid this place like the plague.

I walked outside to see my tire flat on Tuesday, big piece of metal sticking right out of the side wall. Called the Hanover store and the young lady found the exact tire I needed. She told me that they’d do their best to have it put on my rim by the days end if I brought in the tire right away. This was around 2:00. I dropped of the tire around d 2:30 and they called at 4 saying it was done. The young lady that answered my call helped me from start to finish, down to knowing exactly who I was when I dropped off the tire. Impeccable customer service. I have been bringing my vehicles here for years for new tires and I’m happy to say I’ve never been disappointed! You have a great team of professional, hard working, customer focused employees at the Hanover store, so few places left like this! I’ll be back…hopefully not too soon lol

I am a single female hours away from home visiting a friend and hit a pothole. Pulled over and saw that my skid plate was hanging off and damaged. Googled a firestone near me because of the good reputation Firestone has. When I got there there was one car in the bay and no one in waiting room. In other words it was dead. The lady at the desk told me that she could sign me in but they were very busy and will be several hours before they could get it done. I told the lady no one is waiting and only one car in shop confused as why it would take hours. Also told her I had been meeting my friend and dont have hours to wait She told me well if you don’t want to wait there is a jiffy lube down the road but “they are really bad at what they do”. So I left went to jiffy lube snd the gentleman removed the skid plate for me immediately even though they were busy and their bays were full. The service and experience in that store when I am hours away from home made me feel uncomfortable and that I was bothering them to do their job. Also it was very unprofessional for the lady up front to bad talk another location when she told me to go there instead because I didn’t have time to wait all day for hours. Firestone is known for their excellent customer service and professionalism but did not see any of that at this location.

We dropped off a car Friday night for an oil change appointment Saturday morning. Never got a phone call it was done, Sunday it was still sitting in the garage. My husband calls in, they say it’s done and he tells them he’d like to get it after hours, put the keys in it. We go to pick it up, it’s locked in the garage, but there’s another car like it sitting outside. He said he verified the color on the phone to tell them he’d pick it up after they closed. Monday morning, he now doesn’t have a car to get to work. He calls in when they open at 7, oh yeah well get it for you. We arrive by 7:30, car is still sitting in the garage. When I asked them to help me understand why this is the third time we’ve talked to them and it wasn’t already sitting out when got here to pick up, the only response was “I’m sorry.” I want answers to why we weren’t called when it was done, why we asked for the car to be pulled out and it wasn’t twice? Complete lack of customer service and made us waste three trips waiting for our car to be done that should be a half hour appointment. I’m not sure to the quality of the work.

This place has gone down in the last 5 years. They are taking over an hour n a half to do an alignment. That shouldn’t take that long I used to come there and be out 20-30 mins. Now I just waited 2 hours for n alignment check.. and two weeks ago or so they did it originally and it wasn’t straight. I won’t be coming back to this location anymore . People shouldn’t be waiting that long for an alignment.

Couldn't schedule an appointment for a state inspection because the gentleman on the phone told me to "check back later this week," because "I don't have many state inspection stickers left."
I'll go elsewhere, thanks for nothing

Great service. Usually can find and fix my problems. They offer coupons and are respectful of my time and what I need to spend there

I always rotate my tires when I change my oil, but all of my jack stands are currently being used to restore a hot rod I'm currently building, so I needed to take the truck somewhere to have the tires rotated. Made an appointment to get the tires rotated on my truck for the next day.I show up 15 minutes early and the gentlemen at the service desk was friendly and got my information entered into the system. I had my 6 YO son with me, and since this was a simple tire rotation with an appointment made, I thought we would be in and out. The previous day I had changed my oil, checked all of my fluids, changed my air filter, etc. so I knew no maintenance was needed on my 4 YO diesel truck with low mileage. The tech who was "doing a thorough checklist" was working under the hood of my truck for an hour. The total visit time was an hour and a half for a simple prescheduled tire rotation. Anyone who knows these kinds of places also knows that he was hunting for anything that they could add on as "recommended service" to inflate the price and make the visit more profitable for them. What is scary is how much time he was hunting around under there and what he could have been messing with. It's a truly shady situation. Last time I checked, the tires were on the outside of a vehicle, not under the hood. After all of that time "working" under the hood, I finally got my truck back just to discover the next morning that the "tech" didn't even check the tire pressures. Most medium/heavy duty pickups require a higher PSI in the rear to comply with the manufacturer's door sticker recommendations. My truck's tire pressures were 10 PSI higher in the front than the back, which means he just rotated them and didn't check them. Honestly I wouldn't have given it a second thought if we had only been there for 20-30 minutes, but the "tech" wasted an hour trying to dig money out of the engine bay instead of just correctly performing the service I was there for.A young man that was there for an oil change before me ended up getting a nearly $1,000 estimate for additional "recommended work". I couldn't believe some of their "recommendations" to him.The gentleman at the front counter was apologetic and ended up not charging me for the rotation. To be clear, I did not ask for any discounts, nor did I get upset or appear frustrated. He clearly understood the situation and was frustrated with his "tech" as well.TLDR: my truck is so new and freshly serviced they couldn't find anything to try and sell me. If your car isn't brand new, be prepared to be upsold like crazy by these people. To me, this is inherently a shady way to run a business where most people have to take a tech on his word regarding what is recommended because they simply don't know any better.
