So I should be giving it a 1 star but I don’t know exactly what and how good everything els is. Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC FROM HERE. Seriously, I bought a pair of ear buds for work and the left ear audio port was broken. So i then went after work since i was upset about it and yes the staff are nice and friendly and they gave me a new pair to exchange. So then later that evening i went to go charge them and so on and then when I went to go try them, one of the ear buds were only pairing and the other one wasn’t working. It was fully charged. I made sure it was turned on and paired but the right side was the only one that worked. Really upsetting bc I spent 8$ for some cheap buds just to get by work and not once but twice, they never worked.

I was in there today 5/26/24 and I was at the self checkout with my boyfriend. The employee scanned my items when it's called SELF CHECKOUT. I think it's kind of ridiculous for them to do that. When the employee didn't scan anybody else's but mine. I don't steal anything never have never will. But she did mine. No other retail store does this but this one!! Ridiculous....

This particular store is special in that it also carries items above $5, though still at affordable prices. The other ones I've been to did not have those options.

Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean! I enjoy going to Five Below for Stocking Stuffers and Easter Basket Fillers. Or I just go as a treat for the kids!

My wife and daughter love this store. I finally went in for myself and now I see why they do. They have a lot of options for cheap gifts and toys and a great selection of candy.

Love the selection of stuff, but honestly, the bathroom is horrendous! There was feces all over the toilet and wall. It looks as if it had not been cleaned for a very long time. Please keep up with the cleanliness!
