“Kenworthy Funeral Home took care of my father's cremation back in 2021. I had no interaction with them at the time because my father's wife arranged everything. Fast forward to this week when my husband's father passed. We went to a funeral home near us and I saw fingerprint jewelry and absolutely loved it. I ended up calling Kenworthy (after hours) and left a message with someone to see if I could dare to hope that they still had my father's fingerprints on record. Katie called me back the following morning to speak with me and, lo and behold, they still have his fingerprints. She was extremely kind, gave me all the information I needed, and even offered to mail a brochure for my records. If I ever need a funeral home in Hanover I will certainly call Kenworthy.”

“If you find yourself in the very unfortunate situation of losing your pet, I cannot recommend this place enough for pet cremation. My cat's health started declining recently so I called them to ask what the steps would be once she was gone for being able to have her cremated and brought back home with me and they were very helpful in explaining how the process works. When the time finally came and I lost my cat, I was able to make my appointment to bring her in and have her taken care of. Jenelle was the one who helped me the day I brought her in and she was compassionate and empathetic during the process. I chose private cremation so I could bring my precious girl back home with me. They give you a chance to tell them about your pet so they can write a tribute on their website (my pet's tribute was perfect and beautiful) and before you leave your pet there, they lay them out nicely and give you all the time you need to say goodbye. When I went to pick her up the next day, they gave me her stamped paw prints, some of her hair wrapped neatly in a little baggy, and a certificate of cremation. You don't have to purchase an urn from them but I did as they had a great selection and they were reasonably priced so I was able to bring my girl back home in a nice, sturdy urn. Though I'm so sad that my cat is now gone, Loyal Companion Pet Cremation made a very, very difficult time in my life much easier and the process was smooth. If you're looking for this service, this place is it, hands down.”
